War Party Flails Against the New Reality Defined by the Singapore and Helsinki Summits

War Party Flails Against the New Reality Defined by the Singapore and Helsinki Summits

On Friday Russian President Vladimir Putin said while in South Africa for the BRICS Summit that he had invited U.S. President Donald Trump to Moscow for talks. The Administration reciprocated later in the day, saying Putin is welcome to visit the White House next year. Despite major Senate opposition and hysterical press and social media cries of ‘treason!’, the two sides are slowly working towards easing tensions. The response from the British-led trans-Atlantic deep state and their front men in Congress has been to propose more sanctions and accuse Moscow of hacking into the U.S. power grid and the campaign of Missouri Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill.

The deep state dead-enders are doubling down on the Russiagate scandal, with former attorney Michael Cohen contradicting his previous Senate testimony and public denials that candidate Trump did not know about a summer 2016 meeting between his son Donald Jr. and Fusion GPS paid “Russian government lawyer” provocateur Natalia Veselnitskaya at Trump Tower (Ms. Veselnitskaya was coached by Fusion GPS CEO Glenn Simpson before the meeting and after it). The President tweeted out that Cohen has likely hired old Clintons crony Lanny Davis and turned on his former patron to save himself and his Ukrainian-born father in law from an indictment over fraud in their New York taxi business — charges that, like the indictments against former campaign chair Paul Manafort, have nothing to do with Russia collusion. But they have everything to do with special counsel Robert Mueller’s desperation to find any witness who can testify for him against President Trump.

Washington's 12 point demands to Iran look eerily like Austro-Hungary's demands to Serbia in 1914 where both were doomed to fail

Washington's 12 point demands to Iran look eerily like Austro-Hungary's demands to Serbia in 1914 where both were doomed to fail

The Trump administration laid out a new and 'upgraded' Iran deal on May 21 which would facilitate the U.S. getting back on board with what they stepped away from when the President 'tore up' the previous agreement engineered by Barack Obama.  And perhaps what is most interesting is that the upgrades appear to actually be meant to fail as the entire scheme looks eerily similar to what Austro-Hungary did to Serbia back in 1914 following the assassination of the Arch-Duke.

Repercussions from the Iran Deal could see the dollar rejected as a trade currency, but kept by central banks as a monetary reserve

Repercussions from the Iran Deal could see the dollar rejected as a trade currency, but kept by central banks as a monetary reserve

Despite the fact that the many nations are quickly tiring of dollar hegemony, and especially in Washington's use of the reserve currency to impose their will over the rest of the world, the dollar remains the standard by which country's set their own course for monetary policy.

However following President Trump's decision to tear up the Iran Deal, what began originally as an Eastern based policy in 2013 (Russia and China) to dump the dollar has suddenly shifted over to Europe.  And what could potentially emerge is a new paradigm where nations reject the dollar for use in trade settlement, while at the same time holding dollars as a monetary reserve to support their currencies.

'Deals' Or Wars? — Trump Joining Economics With Xi, Meeting Putin, Will Decide

'Deals' Or Wars? — Trump Joining Economics With Xi, Meeting Putin, Will Decide

A Japanese newspaper has raised the prospect that President Donald Trump's crucial June 12 summit with D.P.R.K. leader Kim Jong-un may be joined by China's President Xi Jinping. This report, sourced to an unnamed American official, is not at all confirmed. But the potential of the leaders of the three Armistice countries of the Korean War meeting, with the included goal of ending it with a treaty, is a very significant one for that summit furthering peace and economic progress in the world.

More important, however, is that President Trump decide between his own campaigning for Alexander Hamilton's "American System" to "make America great again," and the British system of high profits from trade and cheap labor, which his party and advisors push on him.

Why? Because the decision for the American System means joining in cooperation with China's extraordinary Belt and Road Initiative of great infrastructure projects, which itself culminated decades and decades of China's learning and adopting Hamilton's economics with Chinese characteristics. And that will make President Trump's Korea "deal" succeed.

Syraq SITREP 51: ESCALATION Israeli Missiles Hit Syria, Clashes Between Pro-Damascus Militia and U.S.-Backed SDF Along Euphrates

Syraq SITREP 51: ESCALATION Israeli Missiles Hit Syria, Clashes Between Pro-Damascus Militia and U.S.-Backed SDF Along Euphrates

Air strikes reportedly hit multiple locations inside Syria Sunday night, including an ammunition dump at a base of the 47th brigade near Hama. The blast from this facility recorded on video was so powerful, it was detected by seismographs in Turkey and Lebanon. Another missile strike reportedly hit a Syrian military airport overnight near Aleppo. Dozens of casualties, some Iranians and Shi’a Zaynabiyoun militiamen, were reported by journalist Danny Makki. Syrian television denounced the “new aggression” Monday morning.

The suspected Israeli missile strikes Tel Aviv had yet to acknowledge as of this post came hours after Secretary of State Mike Pompeo visited Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, and denounced Iran during a visit to Saudi Arabia. The strikes also happened the same day pro-Damascus tribal militias, which the usual neocon suspects on Twitter insist must have included Iranian-backed forces, seized several Arab villages along the Euphrates River ‘deconfliction line’ from their U.S. supported Kurdish SDF occupiers. The SDF counterattacked, and the pro-Damascus forces retreated, but this time not without killing a local SDF commander and a dozen of his fighters. The message had been sent: the days of the Kurds occupying villages that have never been theirs or hiding behind the Americans will someday soon be coming to an end. After the ISIS Hunters and pro-Damascus units reportedly including dozens of Russian mercenaries were hit with U.S. air strikes, the shift towards hit and run tactics to make the thinly stretched Americans reconsider the vulnerability to infiltration of their long exposed flanks in the Euphrates Valley is not surprising. So too, would be the Russians and Americans desire to deconflict any further clashes between their respective proxies, so as not to draw their own troops into an escalating turf war.

As EU Countries Balk at New US Sanctions/Metals Tariffs, Russia and China Plot to Further Undermine King Dollar

As EU Countries Balk at New US Sanctions/Metals Tariffs, Russia and China Plot to Further Undermine King Dollar

Last week Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska reportedly agreed to sell his ownership stakes in Rusal, one of the world’s leading aluminium producers, in exchange for reprieve of U.S. Treasury Department sanctions against the conglomerate. As the Financial Times reported, “The sanctions against Rusal have shut off 8 per cent of the world’s aluminium supply since they were introduced this month. Rusal is the world’s second-largest aluminium producer and the largest outside China, with output of 3.7m tonnes a year.”

Left out of this aluminum shut off story has been the turmoil in global metals supply chains caused by the American sanctions, which compared to the individual specific measures announced after Crimea rejoined Russia in 2014, have significantly more bite. However it isn’t just the Russians but also the Europeans, and raw materials miners as far afield as Australia, Africa and South America who will feel bitten from the latest escalation in American economic warfare. It is likely European aluminum importers’ concerns and not just Russian requests for clarification and modification of the sanctions which have delayed — but not blocked — their implementation. The fact that Deripaska paid Beltway bandit turned brief Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort millions as well as (and less covered by the Trump-loathing press) Hillary Clinton crony Adam Waldman for years to establish businesses and unsuccessfully lobby on his behalf complicates matters.

Despite being cleared by the Republican-led House Intelligence Committee from what was an Anglo-American deep state hoax to begin with, the lingering toxic cloud of Russiagate means the Trump Administration continues to posture as tougher on Russia than its predecessor. Moscow can expect the economic war to escalate, as an alternative for Washington to kinetic hostilities with the Russians or Iranians that would run the politically unacceptable risk of military prestige-crumpling losses. Nonetheless, in Paris, Brussels and Berlin, the ‘coincidence’ of Washington seeking to trash Russia’s aluminum exporting powerhouse at the same time the Americans threaten to throw up tariff barriers to EU aluminum and steel cannot be dismissed as anything other than economic warfare against the Continent, under the guise of Cold War 2.

London Paul and "V" discuss breaking news of the Rex Tillerson departure as Secretary of State and potential scenarios of the road ahead with a State Department under the leadership of current CIA director Mike Pompeo.

Tillerson had quickly jumped on the #BlameRussia bandwagon for the chemical poisoning of a former GRU agent and his daughter in Great Britain, but his departure likely had little to do with the Russians (to whom Tillerson was criticized for being too close with as an ExxonMobil executive, before his firing at the behest of 'Putin's puppet' Trump). -- JWS

'Democracy': Is It The General Welfare Principle Or Partisan Paralysis And Regime-Change War?

'Democracy': Is It The General Welfare Principle Or Partisan Paralysis And Regime-Change War?

The Senate Intelligence Committee's hearing Tuesday, with the leaders of the U.S. intelligence agencies, was an anti-Russia, anti-China riot by Senators and witnesses alike. The new McCarthyite political correctness overwhelmed any discussion of the actual topic, "threats to America's national security." If there is any question as to why President Trump has failed to pursue what he intended — great power cooperation with both Russia and China against terrorism and regional wars — it was answered by the display in the Senate Tuesday, which surrounds him in the White House as well.

Russian Intelligence Chiefs Meet with CIA’s Pompeo and DNI Dan Coats

Russian Intelligence Chiefs Meet with CIA’s Pompeo and DNI Dan Coats

Either Cold War 2 is not what it seems, or the American 'Deep State' is a house divided against itself, with a significant pro-Trump faction willing to cooperate -- at least on counter-terrorism -- with the Russians. It is a fact that Daesh terrorists returning to their home countries from 'Syraq' represent a threat to both Russia and US allies in Europe. Intelligence sharing on this and related topics was likely the subject of the meeting between Director of National Intelligence and former Indiana Republican U.S. Senator Dan Coats and CIA Director Mike Pompeo with their Russian counterparts -- who are subject to the U.S. sanctions list. That had Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and a host of #TheResistance trolls on Twitter crying foul, with the latter suggesting that the Trump Administration's defiance of the sanctions at least on this narrow topic of intelligence sharing is more proof that Trump is 'Putin's puppet'. Nevermind if U.S.-Russia cooperation recently saved lives in St. Petersburg and likely other places we don't yet know of.

The Russian Analyst will have more thoughts on this subject as well as the shoot down of a Russian SU25 ground attack jet by Al-Qaeda jihadists in Idlib region later this weekend. -- JWS

Congress, Go Beyond Obama/Comey 'FISA Abuse' Related to the Dirty Steele Dossier, Investigate British Subversion of the USA!

Congress, Go Beyond Obama/Comey 'FISA Abuse' Related to the Dirty Steele Dossier, Investigate British Subversion of the USA!

On Thursday evening The Wall Street Journal confirmed, from its House GOP sources, what LaRouchePAC and others have long insisted: parts of the Clintons law firm funded 'dirty dossier' concocted by 'ex' MI6 agent Christopher Steele were used to obtain FISA warrants to spy on Carter Page and others in the Trump campaign [see "Republicans Probe How Ex-British Spy’s Research Sparked Trump Surveillance"]. As Democrats and high level mainstream media allies knew this bombshell was going to eventually leak or be declassified via the House Republicans report on FISA abuse, it isn't surprising we've seen in the last week non-stop allegations against President Trump ranging from racism over S--tholeGate to salacious accounts of alleged hush money paid to porn stars.

CIA Partisans in Media and on Twitter Furious Over Director Pompeo Meeting with VIPS' William Binney, Undermining their 'Russia Hacked the DNC' Narrative

CIA Partisans in Media and on Twitter Furious Over Director Pompeo Meeting with VIPS' William Binney, Undermining their 'Russia Hacked the DNC' Narrative

CNN and NBC are denouncing William Binney, one of the most successful mathematicians and systems architects in the history of the National Security Agency before he retired and spoke out against mass surveillance after 9/11, as a 'conspiracy theorist'. The reason is that Binney and his organization Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS) joined by cyber security analysts Adam Carter and The Forensicator have challenged three U.S. intelligence agencies core finding -- that Russian hackers stole emails from the Democratic National Committee.

As The Intercept reported this week, CIA Director Mike Pompeo has met with Binney and recommended he share his findings with the FBI and NSA. That has apparently produced some panicking in Foggy Bottom, the FBI headquarters, and at Langley, exposing many of their media mouthpieces as three letter agency sockpuppets rather than journalists. As LaRouchePAC and this website have reported, the a private cyber security firm led by a Soviet-born Russian American CEO with links to the NATO G-NGO the Atlantic Council called Crowdstrike, was brought in to 'prove' the hacking thesis the Clinton team led by John (my brother lobbied for Russian oligarchs) Podesta and Donna Brazile's nemesis campaign manager Robbie Mook demanded. We now know that Crowdstrike lied about its 'proof' that the same Russian agents who hacked the DNC also exploited Ukrainian military officers iPads and personal devices for artillery targeting in the war-torn Donbass.

We also know that Crowdstrike was hired by the same sleazy law firm Perkins Coie that handled payments to 'ex' MI6 agent Christopher Steele for the dirty dossier on Trump. At no point were the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)'s cyber unit permitted to physically access the DNC servers, a fact acknowledged even in Wednesday's article by Buzzfeed designed to prop up the Narrative.
