План Трампа: Cooperation Between the U.S. and Russian Petrostates?

План Трампа: Cooperation Between the U.S. and Russian Petrostates?

One of the undisputed keys to the revival of Russia’s fortunes under President Vladimir Putin has been his leveraging of the world’s largest country and its immense natural resource base to finance military and vital infrastructure improvements. Putin wrote his 1996 economics dissertation in St. Petersburg “Strategic Planning of the Reproduction of the Mineral Resource Base of a Region under Conditions of the Formation of Market Relations” (which Putin’s critics at RFE/RL, Brookings Institute and the Langley/Bezos Post insist was ghostwritten) about the state leveraging oil and gas production to benefit the population, as in Russia’s Arctic neighbors Norway and Alaska.

Although overlooked by the media and deep state manufactured hysteria over Trump’s ‘treasonous’ praise for Putin and their dialogue in Helsinki, CNBC did report Putin’s proposal that the U.S. and Russia work together to regulate the oil price. If implemented this plan would make Moscow, which already cooperates with leading OPEC cartel member and petrodollar pillar Riyadh, into a partner with Washington in keeping energy prices within an acceptable range. As Putin said, it would not be advantageous to the American or global economies to see prices rise too high, nor see them collapse and thereby wreck shale oil production (he didn’t need to add, also hurting Russia and the ruble in the process as the Obama Administration and globalists tried to do in an coordinated piece of economic warfare in late 2014 — Moscow would take military action to boost its leverage against the Saudis and Qataris the following autumn in Syria).

Putin knows very well that President Reagan’s CIA director William Casey worked with the Saudis to drive down the price of oil in the late 1980s, hastening the demise of the Soviet Union which had then posted the young KGB officer and his family to Dresden in East Germany. As W the Intelligence Insider says regarding that period ‘we took out the Soviet Union and the ruble but almost lost Texas’ leading to the 1989-93 recession and ‘handover’ of power from the Bushes to the Clintons. However, in an ironic role reversal, it is now the fragile U.S. economy which needs Russian cooperation to maintain a moderate to higher price, so that highly indebted frackers stay profitable as interest rates rise and steel/aluminum trade wars (including Cold War 2 sanctions on Russian metals) drive up pipeline costs. Indeed, the main problem with the shale boom is the high depletion rate of the wells, which in turn requires cheap money from the Fed and high debt loads to manage (it was no accident that fracking took off in the mid-2000s with a loose post dot.com crash and 9/11 monetary policy).

The Q Anon Psyop and Overthrowing Iran -- Be Very Cautious Friends

The Q Anon Psyop and Overthrowing Iran -- Be Very Cautious Friends

One June 20, during a rally in the Rust Belt city of Duluth, Minnesota President Trump stepped toward and nodded to a man wearing a t-shirt in the crowd with an American flag “Q” on it. Other individuals in the crowd reportedly chanted QAnon’s slogan, “Where We Go One We Go All (WWG1WGA)” to each other at the event. Q t-shirts were later photographed in the crowd at a Trump rally on June 27 in the neighboring (oil-rich, and therefore geoeconomically significant) state of North Dakota.

For those in the alternative media and on the Youtube, Reddit and chan boards who’ve been closely following Q phenomenon since his/their appearance on the 8 Chan boards, like our very own @BanksterSlayer, what we’re about to say isn’t anything new. The Russian Analyst has hesitated to take a firm position on the significance of Q, even as a debate has raged in the alt-media regarding whether this person or group of persons really is close to President Donald Trump, or if the whole thing is some sort of elaborate live action role play (LARP) or ‘psyop’. The mainstream media position that Q is simply a chans prank or conspiracy kookery dreamt up by Trump fanboys does not seem sufficient to explain the ‘tells’ or breadcrumbs Q has posted, including photos that appear to be taken via smartphone by someone standing Secret Service-detail close to the President.

Central banker lets slip that Global Financial Reset is underway as governments prepare for collapse of current system

Central banker lets slip that Global Financial Reset is underway as governments prepare for collapse of current system

For anyone who does even a modicum of research, the 2008 financial crash was not just a cyclical 'bump' in the credit cycle, but an actual death event for the entire financial system.  And this is primarily why central banks like the Fed, ECB, and BOJ have had to constantly fund their 'life support patient' with endless amounts of QE, Zero percent Interest Rates, and even Negative Rates.

In fact despite the reality of tens of trillions of dollars printed and monetized by the central banks over the past seven years in both the U.S. and in Europe, most banks remain underfunded, and pretty much insolvent if they had to administer true accounting practices.

Breaking EU and Merkel's Downfall

Breaking EU and Merkel's Downfall

Former East German Stasi informant Angela Merkel’s Atlanticist hailed political career appears to be on its last legs. Leading members of the Bavarian Christian Social Union (CSU) led by her Interior Minister and the former Bavarian President Horst Seehofer are threatening to break up their decades-old coalition with Merkel’s Christian Democrats (CDU). Seehofer is openly undermining Merkel by working with the conservative Austrian government to tighten restrictions on asylum seekers and with Italy’s new 5 Star-Lega Nord governing coalition, which is determined to turn back migrant boats in the Mediterranean.

Merkel’s reported downfall is coming after Trump defied her and the (post)Western G7 consensus, allegedly tossing Starburst candies at the ‘Chancellor of the World’ and mockingly telling Mutti with a jerkboy smile, “Don’t say I didn’t give you anything Angela”. The Starburst tossing story from Ian Bremmer could be #fakenews — much like the images Americans have been bombarded with in the last few days of mainstream media fanned outrage over children who, in all too many cases, were shipped by their parents across the U.S.-Mexico border with people smuggling coyotes rather than being cruelly ripped from their mothers arms to be placed in cages. But it makes the point to polarized Trump haters and #MAGA men alike, that it’s a new day.

The President appears to believe, with the glaring exception of Israel, the United States no longer has permanent allies, only (to paraphrase the late Lord Palmerston of the 19th century British Empire) abiding interests. Like red-pilled “men going their own way” in response to the long term decline in solid employment and the perceived raw deal of modern marriage, Uncle Sam led by Donald John Trump is going his own way. And that journey begins with, as many Russian observers have figured out inspired by the American alternative media, taking steps to shore up the dollar at the other nations’ expense, including through cannibalizing the greenback’s younger sister in the global reserve currency family, the euro.

As nations divide over keeping or discarding the dollar based financial system, the primary alternatives are the Yuan, Ruble, and gold

As nations divide over keeping or discarding the dollar based financial system, the primary alternatives are the Yuan, Ruble, and gold

Global leaders and the elite are converging this week on two key annual events, and from rhetoric already being provided from a number of sources, this year's conferences at Bilderberg and the G-7 are sure to result in massive changes going forward for the global financial system.

At the heart of course is whether the United States and their dollar hegemonic system still has the power to lead rather than divide what is shaping up to be a historic sea change in the fabric of politics and finance.  And ironically the upcoming conferences may prove to be one of the final definitive moments of a movement that has been dedicated towards killing globalism and U.S. hegemony since just after the 2008 financial crisis.

Repercussions from the Iran Deal could see the dollar rejected as a trade currency, but kept by central banks as a monetary reserve

Repercussions from the Iran Deal could see the dollar rejected as a trade currency, but kept by central banks as a monetary reserve

Despite the fact that the many nations are quickly tiring of dollar hegemony, and especially in Washington's use of the reserve currency to impose their will over the rest of the world, the dollar remains the standard by which country's set their own course for monetary policy.

However following President Trump's decision to tear up the Iran Deal, what began originally as an Eastern based policy in 2013 (Russia and China) to dump the dollar has suddenly shifted over to Europe.  And what could potentially emerge is a new paradigm where nations reject the dollar for use in trade settlement, while at the same time holding dollars as a monetary reserve to support their currencies.

Syraq SITREP 54: No Way to Swerve and Avoid Head On Mideast Collision?

Syraq SITREP 54: No Way to Swerve and Avoid Head On Mideast Collision?

There has been a lull in the hostilities between Israel and Syria since Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s historic visit with Russian President Vladimir Putin for the Victory Day holiday in Moscow. But this post-May 9 period should not be mistaken for an imminent outbreak of peace. A false alarm about an incoming unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) led to a missile launch from a battery of Israel’s Iron Dome system, suggesting the Israelis are very concerned about enemy drones. Notwithstanding Putin and Netanyahu generally agreeing that all non-Russian foreign forces must leave Syria, or Putin reiterating this principal after hosting President Bashir Al-Assad in Sochi.

As Damascus based correspondent Elijah J. Magnier writes, there are no signs the Americans and their French allies or the Turks are leaving the Syrian territory they illegally occupy any time soon. The Trump Administration did cut off aid to the jihadist held territories of Syria, and also areas controlled by the Kurdish dominated Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF). This will make the Kurds more dependent on the U.S. military presence for survival (unless they reconcile with Damascus), while the jihadis, plagued by infighting across Idlib province, will become further dependent on the irredentist Turks for their salaries and food. Meanwhile, Syrian Arab Army (SAA)’s victories this week over the remaining ISIS remnants in southern Damascus and the Rastan pocket freed up more troops for operations in rural Idlib, and possibly against Israel’s illegal jihadi-manned ‘buffer zone’ in southern Syria. Another flash point is being created along the Golan Heights at the same time that political flares in Washington are being tossed into the rising oil price barrel fueled by the Israel/Saudi vs. Syria/Hezbollah/Iran conflict’s potential to explode.

Trump's Iran Deal gambit may soon lead Europe to dump the Petrodollar

Trump's Iran Deal gambit may soon lead Europe to dump the Petrodollar

Over the past 10 days or so there have been two events engineered by President Trump which are threatening to tear apart the fabric of U.S. - European relations.  And these events are the moving of the U.S. Embassy in Israel to Jerusalem, and the President tearing up the JCPOA (Iran Deal).

And while the first of these actions may end up simply spawning rhetorical outrage in Brussels or on the floor of the U.N., the second could be much more disastrous for Washington as European leaders appear ready to throw all caution to the wind by ignoring potential U.S. sanctions and change to purchasing oil from Iran in Euros.

This means in layman's terms that Europe would be the next bloc to dump the Petrodollar.

Putin: Russia Must Free Itself of ‘Dollar Monopoly’ To Achieve Economic Sovereignty

Putin: Russia Must Free Itself of ‘Dollar Monopoly’ To Achieve Economic Sovereignty

The Chinese preference for buying non-dollar denominated oil and gas from its strategic ally Russia and now Moscow exporting more crude to the Asian giants rather than Europeans are themes we’ve frequently discussed here at RogueMoney. Although Putin’s inauguration speech was largely overshadowed in global media coverage by the seeming Russian non-response to aggressive Israeli strikes on Syria, the Vladimir Vladimirovich made several decisive points in a May 7 speech marking his fourth and likely final term in office.

While Putin is completing his cabinet and the formation of a new government with several familiar faces (led by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev), many Russia watchers remain gloomy about Moscow’s false choice between ‘autarchy or capitulation’ to American sanctions pressure.

The rapid expansion of China’s CIPS alternative to SWIFT, the successful rollout of the petroyuan and Shanghai Gold Exchange as financial anchors for the One Belt One Road (OBOR), plus the Trump Administration’s alienation of leading EU trade partners with its belligerence against Iran; all of these trends are proving our thesis and that of London Paul that time is on the Russians’ side and Washington won’t be able to afford waging Cold War 2 for more than a few years.

Syraq SITREP 42: Trump Says U.S. Will Leave Syria 'Soon', While Israelis Boast of F35 Flights Through Syraqi Airspace to Iran

Syraq SITREP 42: Trump Says U.S. Will Leave Syria 'Soon', While Israelis Boast of F35 Flights Through Syraqi Airspace to Iran

The clash between a commander in chief who claims to be determined to shake up how Washington does things and the Swamp/established bureaucracies apparently continued on Thursday, when President Donald Trump suggested in a speech to Ohio workers that U.S. forces would leave Syria soon. The mission of 'knocking the hell out of ISIS' Trump declared, had been accomplished and, "We're coming out of Syria very soon. Let the other people take care of it now, very soon. Very soon, we're coming out."

The question of what was the official U.S. position if not that of the President was pushed to the Pentagon, who punted to the White House, and the State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert declared herself unaware of any change in policy. Astute RogueMoney readers will note this is the same Nauert who declared the Russians were playing the victims following their expulsion of 60 American diplomats and closure of the U.S. consulate in St. Petersburg, in retaliation for Washington shutting down the Russians' Seattle consulate and booting sixty Russian diplomats or alleged spies under diplomatic cover. The so-called Skripal affair and the failing British attempt to 'link' the alleged use of nerve agent against one of their Russian assets on UK soil to (false flag) chemical weapons attacks in Syria being the stated justification for the harsh American measures against Russia's diplomatic missions to the U.S. and UN. Nauert also compared, in a bizarre press conference metaphor she used this week, the Russian state to some beast from the deep with many tentacles.

Even after forcing out Russophobic national security adviser H.R. McMaster, only to replace him with neocon bomb-bomb-bomb Iran enthusiast John Bolton, the contrast between Trump and his cabinet and the agencies that nominally follow his lead remains extreme. As MSM articles covering Trump's seemingly off the cuff promise to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria made clear, the Pentagon under Secretary of Defense James Mattis has refused to give any timetable for an American withdrawal from the territory liberated from ISIS it's (illegally) occupying east of the Euphrates. But Trump's hint at 'letting others take care of it' meaning the remnants of ISIS or Al-Qaeda (also known to RM readers as al-CIA-eda) strongly suggests that our friend at LaRouchePAC Harley Schlanger is correct, and the President's instincts are to cooperate with the Russians and Turks in establishing a durable peace deal in Syria. Which is precisely the opposite of what rabidly anti-Iran hawks like UN Ambassador Nikki Haley and John Bolton Trump appointed and who serve at his pleasure are demanding...and what Trump's BFFs in Israel are suggesting with their braggadocio about 'stealth' F35 missions through Syria and Iraq's air space to strike Hezbollah and Assad's patrons in Iran.

Chinese Leverage to Kill the Petrodollar by Dr. Jim Willie the Golden Jackass

Chinese Leverage to Kill the Petrodollar by Dr. Jim Willie the Golden Jackass

Legacy media are full of reports about infighting on President Donald Trump's National Security Council, with White House NatSec Adviser Gen. H.R. McMaster reportedly purging individuals brought in by his predecessor former Defense Intelligence Agency chief Michael T. Flynn. In addition to the U.S. occupation in Afghanistan going on 17 years, the President is unhappy about the inability of the NSC to stop leaking by the minute or produce any strategies for 'winning' in the Middle East.

As RogueMoney's mentor W the Intel Insider and contributors and the Russian Analyst have all reported, Saudi Arabia is bogged down in a disastrous war with its poorest neighbor, Yemen. Neocons avoid the subject of Saudi losses because they don't want the ignorant legacy media to know that the proxy wars they promoted can cut both ways. For Iran, the conflict presents an opportunity to avenge the deaths of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps in Syria by helping arm the Houthis -- who are killing dozens of Saudi soldiers and border guards every week -- all without evidence of a single IRGC man setting foot in Yemen in two years of guerrilla warfare.

The hidden purpose of the 2015 Saudi intervention according to RM contributors The Prince and London Paul was to seize untapped Yemeni oil and gas reserves to make up for the Kingdom's depleted supergiant fields like Ghawar, as well as elbow aside rival United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the strategic Aden area at the mouth of the Red Sea, which is the gateway to the Suez Canal and China's Maritime Silk Road (the PRC recently boasting about its 'anti-piracy' base in nearby Djibouti). As W the Intelligence Insider reports the Yemen War is all about keeping the Saudis on board with the petrodollar deal hammered out by Rockefeller agent Henry Kissinger in the early 1970s, but defeats at the hands of the Yemenis as well as by proxy in Syria are forcing the desperate Saudi princes to turn east for regime survival... -- JWS

Legacy Media Covering Humanitarian Catastrophe in Yemen, As Saudis Can No Longer Hide Defeats, Houthi Missile Strikes

Legacy Media Covering Humanitarian Catastrophe in Yemen, As Saudis Can No Longer Hide Defeats, Houthi Missile Strikes

"Houthi-Saleh alliance forces have launched a large offensive inside the Saudi territory and captured the Malhama Mountain, points at Faridah and Jabiri, and the al-Jabri Military Camp in Jizan. According to pro-Houthi sources, dozen of Saudi military servicemen have been killed as a result of the clashes and artillery shelling."

"Separately, Houthi-Saleh forces have targted a warship belonging to the UAE Navy with a missile near the Yemeni port of Mocha. However, it is not clear what damage was caused by the missile."  -- Southfront July 29, 2017

The scale of the humanitarian nightmare the Saudis war on Yemen is creating was the subject of a recently broadcast report by the PBS documentary program Frontline. That report aired days before the Saudis claimed to have shot down a Yemeni ballistic missile near the holy city of Mecca -- a claim disputed by the Houthis. What's clear is that international pressure on the Saudis to stop their vicious blockade of the poorest country in the Arab world is rising, along with missile strikes and guerrilla raids by the Houthis against Saudi territory.
