War Party Flails Against the New Reality Defined by the Singapore and Helsinki Summits

War Party Flails Against the New Reality Defined by the Singapore and Helsinki Summits

On Friday Russian President Vladimir Putin said while in South Africa for the BRICS Summit that he had invited U.S. President Donald Trump to Moscow for talks. The Administration reciprocated later in the day, saying Putin is welcome to visit the White House next year. Despite major Senate opposition and hysterical press and social media cries of ‘treason!’, the two sides are slowly working towards easing tensions. The response from the British-led trans-Atlantic deep state and their front men in Congress has been to propose more sanctions and accuse Moscow of hacking into the U.S. power grid and the campaign of Missouri Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill.

The deep state dead-enders are doubling down on the Russiagate scandal, with former attorney Michael Cohen contradicting his previous Senate testimony and public denials that candidate Trump did not know about a summer 2016 meeting between his son Donald Jr. and Fusion GPS paid “Russian government lawyer” provocateur Natalia Veselnitskaya at Trump Tower (Ms. Veselnitskaya was coached by Fusion GPS CEO Glenn Simpson before the meeting and after it). The President tweeted out that Cohen has likely hired old Clintons crony Lanny Davis and turned on his former patron to save himself and his Ukrainian-born father in law from an indictment over fraud in their New York taxi business — charges that, like the indictments against former campaign chair Paul Manafort, have nothing to do with Russia collusion. But they have everything to do with special counsel Robert Mueller’s desperation to find any witness who can testify for him against President Trump.

Trump Derangement Syndrome in Full Meltdown After Helsinki Summit and Massive Tsarist Era Gold Shipwreck Reported in Far East

Trump Derangement Syndrome in Full Meltdown After Helsinki Summit and Massive Tsarist Era Gold Shipwreck Reported in Far East

The following is a roundup of the @FinanceExaminer Ken “the Shotgun Professor” Schortgen Jr’s posts about the hysteria surrounding the Trump-Putin summit and the intriguing discovery of a Russo-Japanese war era shipwreck reportedly containing over $100 billion in gold bars. Even if the estimate of what can be salvaged from the Far Eastern waters proves overly optimistic, the shipwreck underlines the massive mineral wealth the Russian treasury possessed on the eve of World War I that Moscow’s historic enemies in the City of London coveted, and eventually plundered while using the mass murdering Bolsheviks as their agents. — JWS

Sen. Rand Paul Praises President, Says ‘Trump Is Right To Meet Putin’

Sen. Rand Paul Praises President, Says ‘Trump Is Right To Meet Putin’

Kentucky Senator and ophthalmologist Paul may not be his libertarian legend father Dr. Ron Paul, but he is emerging as a staunch defender of President Trump’s sincere desire for detente with Russia. For challenging the bipartisan hysteria over Trump’s #HelsinkiSummit press conference with Russian President Vladimir Putin, he has received hatred from #TheResistance and its likely paid trolls online, who tweet congratulations to Paul’s former neighbor Rene Boucher, now awaiting federal sentencing for battering a member of Congress.

Together with Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Tucker Carlson, who rhetorically asked why his son should have to die for newly admitted NATO member state Montenegro (notably omitting Russia, as opposed to irredentist greater Albania nationalists, as the likely aggressor), Paul is one of the leading defenders of dialogue with Moscow. Paul made very clear in a pre-summit interview with CNN’s Russiagate pusher Jake Tapper that he does not excuse or apologize for all of Russia’s foreign policy actions, but that Washington needed to admit it reneged on a promise not to expand NATO eastward given to the Russians as Germany reunified in 1990.

In an interview with Fox News that followed the mostly Trump friendly network’s hosts criticizing the President for being too soft on Putin and the Robert Mueller indictments-alleged ‘election hacking’ of the Democratic National Committee, Paul referred to ex-CIA director John Brennan as ‘unhinged’. He also reminded the audience that John Brennan who is today shrieking about Trump being a Russian agent cast a vote for the Communist Party presidential candidate as a ‘protest vote’ during the 1970s, at a time when the U.S. and USSR were locked in the last Cold War.

#Romanovs100: Unsettled Scores

#Romanovs100: Unsettled Scores

Doesn’t she remind you of the Bionic Woman? Nicoletta Romanoff is one of the great-great-great-great-granddaughters of Tsar Nicholas I. That is a diamond bracelet on her wrist, but, alas, it’s not part of the Romanov family jewels. Nicoletta works like anybody else as an actress and model. (Photo credit here.) She is one of hundreds of people across Europe and Asia who can legitimately claim a blood connection to the unhappy Romanov monarchy, a family butchered by agents of the Bolshevik Party 100 years ago tomorrow. Do you think Putin will be thinking about that as he begins his political chess match with Donald John Trump in Helsinki at the same time? And what will the American president be bringing to that table?

Syraq SITREP 60: Putin and Trump Plan Syria Talks at Helsinki Summit, Neocons Claim Kremlin and Iran Plotting Attacks on U.S. Troops

Syraq SITREP 60: Putin and Trump Plan Syria Talks at Helsinki Summit, Neocons Claim Kremlin and Iran Plotting Attacks on U.S. Troops

The Syrian Arab Army is achieving rapid advances as part of Operation Basalt. Many ‘Free Syrian Army’ militants are surrendering without a fight, and a few have joined in the pro-government forces offensive against the Al-Qaeda linked jihadists. According to CNN, President Trump told King Abdullah during their meeting last week in Washington that he intends to strike a deal with Russian President Vladimir V. Putin to facilitate the withdrawal of American troops from the Al Tanf area bordering Jordan and Iraq. U.S. backed Kurdish fighters recently clashed with pro-government militias near the extensive deconfliction line the Americans enforce around their illegal under international law base. The Russian Defense Ministry has complained the Americans use al-Tanf to harbor and re-train former ISIS terrorists.

Naturally, The Wall Street Journal’s editorial board and reporters are disturbed, while the neocons are enraged that Trump would make any concessions to the Russians. But Trump reportedly intends to demand — in return for a phased American withdrawal — the complete exit of Iranian, Hezbollah and pro-Iranian Shi’a foreign fighters from Syria. Even with the great prestige Russia enjoys among its Syrian allies and frenemies in the Turks alike, it isn’t clear Putin can deliver on this demand. Damascus has hosted at least a few Iranian military advisers since the early 1980s.

Also, the prospect of a false flag operation, either against U.S. troops or a chemical attack on Syrian civilians to be blamed on Assad, is not to be taken lightly. If the globalists cannot stop the Trump-Putin summit now set for July 16 in the Finnish capital Helsinki, the neocons appear hellbent on spoiling or blocking any positive outcomes from it…

Breaking EU and Merkel's Downfall

Breaking EU and Merkel's Downfall

Former East German Stasi informant Angela Merkel’s Atlanticist hailed political career appears to be on its last legs. Leading members of the Bavarian Christian Social Union (CSU) led by her Interior Minister and the former Bavarian President Horst Seehofer are threatening to break up their decades-old coalition with Merkel’s Christian Democrats (CDU). Seehofer is openly undermining Merkel by working with the conservative Austrian government to tighten restrictions on asylum seekers and with Italy’s new 5 Star-Lega Nord governing coalition, which is determined to turn back migrant boats in the Mediterranean.

Merkel’s reported downfall is coming after Trump defied her and the (post)Western G7 consensus, allegedly tossing Starburst candies at the ‘Chancellor of the World’ and mockingly telling Mutti with a jerkboy smile, “Don’t say I didn’t give you anything Angela”. The Starburst tossing story from Ian Bremmer could be #fakenews — much like the images Americans have been bombarded with in the last few days of mainstream media fanned outrage over children who, in all too many cases, were shipped by their parents across the U.S.-Mexico border with people smuggling coyotes rather than being cruelly ripped from their mothers arms to be placed in cages. But it makes the point to polarized Trump haters and #MAGA men alike, that it’s a new day.

The President appears to believe, with the glaring exception of Israel, the United States no longer has permanent allies, only (to paraphrase the late Lord Palmerston of the 19th century British Empire) abiding interests. Like red-pilled “men going their own way” in response to the long term decline in solid employment and the perceived raw deal of modern marriage, Uncle Sam led by Donald John Trump is going his own way. And that journey begins with, as many Russian observers have figured out inspired by the American alternative media, taking steps to shore up the dollar at the other nations’ expense, including through cannibalizing the greenback’s younger sister in the global reserve currency family, the euro.

The Entire World Is Responding to the New Reality Created by the Trump-Kim Summit

The Entire World Is Responding to the New Reality Created by the Trump-Kim Summit

Tuesday's summit in Singapore demonstrated that there is a sea-change underway in global politics, a sea-change that is sweeping away the old, decadent structures of geopolitics, and ushering in a New Paradigm which is taking root, first in Asia, around the Spirit of the New Silk Road. The world is divided, Helga Zepp-LaRouche commented today, between those, on the one hand, who understand that the Trump-Kim summit is the beginning of a new sort of process of peace through development; and those, on the other, whose hysterical reaction against the summit belies the fact that they would prefer even nuclear war to seeing the rules of their game change. The latter group includes the British Empire, their neo-con and neo-liberal allies in the U.S., and the apoplectic western media, who are lying wildly about what happened in Singapore.

The Chinese Dream (Китайская Мечта): What Moscow is Learning from Beijing's Success

The Chinese Dream (Китайская Мечта): What Moscow is Learning from Beijing's Success

When it comes to the Russia-China alliance, many Westerners tend to view it simplistically, basically as China buying oil and gas plus acquiring military technology from the Russians. The notion that the One Belt One Road (OBOR) goes both ways, and Moscow also has much to learn from Beijing’s tremendous success in lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty in less than two generations, is seldom acknowledged in Brussels, London or Washington. Yet as RogueMoney contributor London Paul of the Sirius Report likes to say, “Watch China and Russia” — because these two giants are the economic and security spearheads respectively to a post-dollar dominated, indeed a post-Western led world.

As the Russian Analyst noted in a previous post about the Valdai discussion group meetings in Shanghai of April 2018, several Chinese experts points of emphasis was greater cooperation between Russia and China in the media space. We see examples of this in RT launching a Chinese language channel in 2017 and more recently, in CGTN’s coverage of the 2018 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). But these programs have mostly targeted international rather than domestic Russian audiences, even as polling data shows Russians rank China as their country’s greatest friend on the world stage, alongside former Soviet republics Belarus and Kazakhstan, and well ahead of European trading partners Germany and France. China requites this ‘love’, to the extent that the historically inward looking and vast Middle Kingdom can, with polling data showing Putin is the most admired world leader among 1.4 billion Chinese.

Late in May Russian TV extensively promoted a new documentary film titled “The Chinese Dream: Path to Revival” by Alexei Denisov. The title is suggestive, not only of China’s revival, but that of Russia as well.

EU's Juncker Says "Russia Bashing" Must End, Putin Visiting Austria on April 5

EU's Juncker Says "Russia Bashing" Must End, Putin Visiting Austria on April 5

Halloween 1918 almost a hundred years ago marked not only the last days of the Kaiser Wilhelm II’s reign before Germany capitulated on the Western Front, but also the dissolution of Berlin’s ally: the Hapsburg Austro-Hungarian empire. Today as the European Union lurches from crisis to crisis, London Paul of the Sirius Report and many others are reporting rumors that Vienna and Budapest, together with the other Visegrad republics of the former Czechoslovakia, are working to get the band back together again. Integral to any European economic renaissance if the EU goes the way of the Soviet Union is Mitteleuropa joining China’s One Belt One Road (OBOR). This can only be accomplished in concert with the Hapsburgs’ old partner in the Holy Alliance that established decades of peace on the Continent following the final defeat of Napoleon Bonaparte: Russia.

With Austria now led by the second youngest head of government in the world, 31-year-old Sebastian Kurz, Vienna is going back to the future — and the Anglo-American dominated NATO spy agencies are unhappy about this trend. NBC News sources say Vienna is packed with Russian spies and the Freedom Party of Austria (FPÖ) is openly in partnership with the United Russia party. But the visit of Vladimir Putin to Austria on June 5th is likely to reinforce the overall direction of central Europe towards expanding trade relations with Moscow, even as EU Commissioner Jean Claude Juncker declares that “Russia-bashing must stop”.

Shanghai Oil Quotes Now Rolling

The photo of Putin celebrating never gets old. The other players raising a glass of champagne that you can't see in the picture are President Xi as well as the ghosts of Saddam Hussein, Muammar Gaddafi, Hugo Chavez, and anybody else who once dreamed of accomplishing what Russia and China have now done: selling oil contracts at an international market in a currency other than the #PetroDollar.

Rumors of War with Russia, Part 13: Putin'g Uncle Sam on Nuclear Notice at Hypersonic Speed

Rumors of War with Russia, Part 13: Putin'g Uncle Sam on Nuclear Notice at Hypersonic Speed

On March 1st President Vladimir Putin made the most important speech on geopolitics he has made since announcing Russia's intervention in Syria at the United Nations in September 2015. While setting out an ambitious pre-election program for cutting edge modernization of Russia's infrastructure and economy, Putin's remarks were understandably overshadowed by his warning to the Americans, punctuated by demonstrations of ultra-high tech nuclear and hypersonic conventional weaponry: you did not listen to us then [when abrogating the ABM Treaty, expanding NATO, or meddling in Ukraine and Syria], but you will listen to us now.

с новим годом!The Russian Analyst is Back in 2018

After a multi-month break due to personal and health reasons, the Russian Analyst will be back posting at RogueMoney.net, and perhaps covering Eurasian cryptocurrency developments for RogueCoin.net too in 2018. We want to thank the Guerrilla, Producer CJ and content contributors to Team RM for the phenomenal growth of our site and webcast audience in the past year, and we look forward to breaking down developments in Eurasian geo-economics this year.

With Russian federal elections in March, not covert at all Anglo-American-Israeli attempts to fuel a colored revolution inside Russia's Eurasian ally Iran, Democrat deep state efforts to salvage their failing #MuhRussia hacked the election narrative, the Pentagon arming Kiev to escalate conflict in the Donbass, and a serious terrorist threat as Russia hosts the 2018 World Cup, there will be no shortage of flashpoints in the coming months. We look forward to informing this astute audience what it means and how it will impact their world in the Chinese Year of the Dog. -- JWS

War Wizards on a Leash

War Wizards on a Leash

Now I ask you, do these three men look like they care what the western media says about them? This past week, the war drums were beating loudly in the Middle East, and then suddenly it all went away (temporarily). As we've come to expect, the Boss waited for his opponents' short sparks to sputter out, and then he took charge of the situation. President Trump followed suit with a meaningful, and mostly overlooked, gesture sent in the guise of a plastic bottle of Fiji-brand water. This morning the Wizards struck back by cannibalizing their own at a mosque in Sinai. Read on for perspectives from "W" the Intelligence Insider on where we go from here.

Trick Or Treat, Tony Podesta

Bye-Bye, Tony Podesta. Brother John, you may be next. One by one, the hatchet is falling on Republicans and Democrats alike. We told you earlier this year that Trump was an Independent disguised as a Republican. And so it is proving to be. Rats from Hollywood to Washington, D.C. are scurrying for cover. And nobody knows who will get hacked next as the bloody trail winds its way up the throne steps of the Lizard Queen herself.

Putin Cruises Through Valdai 2017

All of a sudden, Artificial Intelligence in Russia has become a thing. Vladimir Putin was just one of several speakers at this week's Valdai Discussion Club to bring it up. Otherwise, his speech at Valdai was a bit conservative compared to what we've become accustomed to. Or perhaps Vladimir has been a bit pensive this October 2017, a month that marks the 100-year anniversary of the earth-changing Russian Revolution.

Russia and the Chinese Petrodollar Kill Shot

Russia and the Chinese Petrodollar Kill Shot

September 1st in Russia marks the Day of Knowledge (День Знаний), when parents, teachers and schoolchildren celebrate the start of the school year across the vast Eurasian country. Upon this beloved 'red day' (первое сентября - красный день календаряin the Russian calendar, President Vladimir Putin published an article ahead of the September 4-5 BRICS summit in Xiamen celebrating China as Russia's indispensable partner in overcoming "the excessive domination of the limited number of reserve currencies".

The same day, not coincidentally, Nikkei Asia Review heralded the arrival of the petroyuan -- one month before the anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party declaring the People's Republic in 1949. As Dr. Jim Willie, London Paul, Peter Schiff and several others have repeated for several years, the Asian and soon to be global crude benchmark will be priced in yuan with the option to settle contracts in gold. The rifle bullet is loaded and aimed -- the killshot to put the dying petrodollar out of misery Team RogueMoney has been warning Americans about is finally here.

Russia's Glazyev: Shooting Ourselves in the Foot

Commiserate here with Sergey Glazyev, one of the few economists on planet earth that we'd love to have a cup of coffee with. He has a cool way of stating the obvious. Remember Henny Youngman? "Doctor, it hurts when I do this?" "Well then don't do that." Glazyev says it's time to stop "doing that," investing in a nation that keeps hitting you in the head with a brick.
