Syraq SITREP 60: Putin and Trump Plan Syria Talks at Helsinki Summit, Neocons Claim Kremlin and Iran Plotting Attacks on U.S. Troops

Syraq SITREP 60: Putin and Trump Plan Syria Talks at Helsinki Summit, Neocons Claim Kremlin and Iran Plotting Attacks on U.S. Troops

The Syrian Arab Army is achieving rapid advances as part of Operation Basalt. Many ‘Free Syrian Army’ militants are surrendering without a fight, and a few have joined in the pro-government forces offensive against the Al-Qaeda linked jihadists. According to CNN, President Trump told King Abdullah during their meeting last week in Washington that he intends to strike a deal with Russian President Vladimir V. Putin to facilitate the withdrawal of American troops from the Al Tanf area bordering Jordan and Iraq. U.S. backed Kurdish fighters recently clashed with pro-government militias near the extensive deconfliction line the Americans enforce around their illegal under international law base. The Russian Defense Ministry has complained the Americans use al-Tanf to harbor and re-train former ISIS terrorists.

Naturally, The Wall Street Journal’s editorial board and reporters are disturbed, while the neocons are enraged that Trump would make any concessions to the Russians. But Trump reportedly intends to demand — in return for a phased American withdrawal — the complete exit of Iranian, Hezbollah and pro-Iranian Shi’a foreign fighters from Syria. Even with the great prestige Russia enjoys among its Syrian allies and frenemies in the Turks alike, it isn’t clear Putin can deliver on this demand. Damascus has hosted at least a few Iranian military advisers since the early 1980s.

Also, the prospect of a false flag operation, either against U.S. troops or a chemical attack on Syrian civilians to be blamed on Assad, is not to be taken lightly. If the globalists cannot stop the Trump-Putin summit now set for July 16 in the Finnish capital Helsinki, the neocons appear hellbent on spoiling or blocking any positive outcomes from it…

The Empire Based in London Won't Give Up: They Must, and Can Be Defeated

The Empire Based in London Won't Give Up: They Must, and Can Be Defeated

Some very interesting things happened headed into this weekend in Washington as the soft coup against President Donald Trump continues to unravel. First and foremost, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III questioned whether special counsel Robert Mueller exceeded the remit of his investigation into supposed Russian meddling in the 2016 election, by indicting Paul Manafort for alleged money laundering and failing to register as a foreign agent for Ukraine — offenses that took place well before Manafort briefly served as Trump’s campaign chairman. In unusually scathing language, the judge asked whether Mueller’s indictments were simply a legal pretext to compel Manafort into testifying against Trump. While any ruling by Ellis in favor of Manafort’s petition to dismiss the charges will surely be appealed, the mainstream media hyped impeccability and competency of Mueller’s investigation was ripped to shreds by a Reagan appointed federal judge who’s served on the bench for decades.

More relevant to the D.C. swamp creatures who waged a vendetta of leaks and laundering fraudulent opposition research paid for by the Clinton camp and produced by a British spy into the U.S. intelligence agencies, the Democrat-friendly Time magazine had to admit a pending report from Inspector General Michael E. Horowitz is hanging like a thundercloud over an increasingly frustrated if not demoralized FBI. Deputy Director Andrew McCabe is facing charges of lying to investigators while trying to blame subordinates for the media leaks he coordinated, in order to distract attention from his wife accepting campaign cash from a Clinton operative. Speaking of lying to the FBI, the charge retired Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) director and briefly serving ex-National Security Adviser Michael Flynn plead guilty to, in testimony by then Director James Comey freshly released by Congressional Republicans, Comey doubted that Flynn actually sought to deceive federal agents. The topic of questioning at that time being Flynn’s perfectly legal and authorized by the incoming administration (and 100% recorded by the FBI and NSA) phone conversations with the then Russian Ambassador Sergey Kisylak. In other words, even though Flynn plead guilty and began cooperating with Mueller’s team after facing financial ruin, President Trump now has a stronger case for pardoning the general (whose son Mike Flynn Jr. maintains his innocence).

Skripal Poisoning a Desperate British Attempt to Resurrect Their American Coup

by Barbara Boyd, barbara@lpac-organizers.com

This statement explores the strategic significance of major events in the world starting in February of 2018. Our goal is to precisely situate Theresa May’s March 12–14 mad effort to manufacture a new “weapons of mass destruction” hoax using the same people (the MI6 intelligence grouping around Sir Richard Dearlove) and script (an intelligence fraud concerning weapons of mass destruction) which were used to draw the United States into the disastrous Iraq War. The Skripal poisoning fraud also directly involves British agent Christopher Steele, the central figure in the ongoing coup against Donald Trump. This time the British information warfare operation is aimed at directly provoking Russia while maintaining their targeting of the U.S. population and President Trump.

As the fevered war-like media coverage and hysteria surrounding the case makes clear, a certain section of the British elite seems prepared to risk everything on behalf of their dying imperial system. Despite the hype, economic warfare and sanctions appear to be the British weapons of choice. Putin, as we shall see, recently called the West’s nuclear bluff. With their Russiagate coup against Donald Trump fizzling, exposing British agent Christopher Steele and a slew of his American friends to criminal prosecution, a new tool was desperately needed to back the President of the United States into the British geopolitical corner shared by most of the American establishment. The tool is an intelligence hoax, a tried and true British product.

Nunes To Investigate Ex-CIA Chief Brennan for Perjury, in ‘Phase Three’ of Revelations

Nunes To Investigate Ex-CIA Chief Brennan for Perjury, in ‘Phase Three’ of Revelations

John Brennan aka 'Riyadh ibn Saud John' as the Russian Analyst calls him is one the dirtiest public faces of the dirty Deep State. A man who began his political career voting for a Communist Party candidate (likely as a typical fake Commie provocateur), Brennan, who likes to insinuate President Trump and his circles are treasonously serving the Russians, became (according to an FBI whistleblower, John Guandolo) way too close to the Saudi royals to be a loyal American and reportedly converted to Islam while acting as Riyadh station chief. Brennan leveraged that background, his knowledge of Barack Hussein Obama's CIA family past and 2008 passport sanitizing op into running Langley's 7th floor as director, where his deputy director Mike Morell plotted to -- as he later told Charlie Rose -- arm Al-Qaeda and later ISIS "to kill Russians and Iranians". Brennan and Morell did this, heedless to the risks Americans could be killed back by Iranian proxies in places like Benghazi, Baghdad and beyond.

On a related note, the war on Lt. Gen. Mike Flynn who as Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) director clashed with Brennan and then Director of National Intelligence (DNI) James "NSA surveillance perjury" Clapper started in part, because the 'Flynn facts' the US IC and Benghazi committees covered up included Iranian involvement in the 13 Hours long firefight (in a bizarre coincidence, the Russian Analyst also recently learned that Russiagate FISA target and disavowed FBI informant against actual Russian intelligence operations in Manhattan, Carter Page, just happened to be friends with the murdered in Benghazi Ambassador Christopher Stevens). After Obama fired him, Gen. Flynn went on the Qatari-funded Al-Jazeera channel to reveal that Obama/Brennan pursued a deliberate policy of letting ISIS run wild across Syraq, in order to pressure Assad and the Shia-dominated, Iranian backed Iraqi government.

Flynn's statements exposing Obama's fake war on the expanding ISIS caliphate waged from 2013-15 and subsequent calls for Hillary Clinton to be locked up' for her crimes of grossly mishandling classified data on her bathroom server, plus a brief visit to RT TV in Moscow earned him (notwithstanding his hawkishness on Iran) the undying hatred of the deep state. The deep staters finally got their revenge last year, railroading him into a financially destitute plea deal with the Robert Mueller investigation.

Keeping Victory In Our Sights as the British/Deep State Dossier Plot Against Trump Unravels

Keeping Victory In Our Sights as the British/Deep State Dossier Plot Against Trump Unravels

This week has seen extraordinary, linked developments in Washington and in global politics. Russian President Vladimir Putin met with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan in Ankara and, stopping at the Kheimmim air base outside Latakia en route to Egypt and his meeting with President Sisi, declared victory alongside Syrian President Bashir al Assad over ISIS terrorists. With North Korea, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson declared his willingness to talk without preconditions in order to avert war over Pyongyang's nuclear and missile tests.

The effort to soft coup President Donald Trump which began while he was still a candidate with the Russiagate hoax and Clintons funded Steele Dossier is falling apart. This is happening despite Special Counsel Robert Mueller's indictments of former campaign chair Paul Manafort and retired DIA chief Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. The mainstream media is now complaining that Republicans are demanding an unreasonable standard of apolitical-ness from the overwhelmingly Democratic campaign contributing prosecutors Mueller has assembled. Whiny stories like this one in The Atlantic avoid the larger issue, of the Steele Dossier itself being a piece of garbage partisan oppo research which the troika of intel chiefs (James Clapper, John Brennan and James Comey) sought to 'legitimate', cynically leaking to the Trump loathing press while briefing the President elect on its salacious contents.

Time To Bury Mueller's Attempted Coup So the U.S. Can Get On Board the New Silk Road

Time To Bury Mueller's Attempted Coup So the U.S. Can Get On Board the New Silk Road

The attempted coup d'état against the Trump Presidency that is being orchestrated by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, all according to a script provided by British intelligence, is taking on water right and left, and is now in serious danger of sinking altogether. As more and more evidence comes to light around the central role played by top FBI agent and Mueller sidekick Peter Strzok, and of related activity of the Get Trump task force which clearly crossed the line from the merely filthy and duplicitous to outright crimes against the Constitution, Mueller et al. surely realize that if they don't succeed, they will soon end up in jail themselves.

First Trump-Putin Phone Call from White House Set for Saturday Night; Signs of Detente in the Air on Russian/American TV

First Trump-Putin Phone Call from White House Set for Saturday Night; Signs of Detente in the Air on Russian/American TV

The first phone call between U.S. President Donald J. Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin is set for Saturday evening Moscow time (around midday in Washington D.C.), January 28, according to Reuters. The call which White House National Security Adviser retired Army Gen./Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) chief Michael T. Flynn helped to arrange, according to presidential spokesman Sean Spicer, is the first since Putin congratulated Trump on his victory shortly after November 9. It also comes as the unofficial/official NATO think tank the Atlantic Council freaks out about a reported draft executive order circulating in the Trump White House to lift some of the sanctions President Barack Hussein Obama ordered on the Russians after the return of Crimea to Russia in March 2014...

Happy Old New Year! Reagan-Gorby Style Reykjavik Summit Denied by Trump Spokesman Sean Spicer

Happy Old New Year! Reagan-Gorby Style Reykjavik Summit Denied by Trump Spokesman Sean Spicer

Late Saturday night, Zerohedge cited Bloomberg reporting that Donald J. Trump's first trip abroad as President would be to the Icelandic capitol of Reykjavik, where President Ronald Reagan and Soviet General Secretary (later President) Mikhail Gorbachev famously held a summit putting ALL nuclear arms issues on the table between the USA and USSR in October 1986. However, according to President elect Trump's spokesman Sean Spicer the reports which also included the Washington based newspaper The Hill were false -- although the Icelanders told Russia's TASS news agency they were ready to host such talks. Trump's first trip abroad as president has yet to be announced and may not be until after Friday's inauguration.

The timing of the reports comes days after The Washington (Langley mouthpiece) Post David Ignatius accused Trump's National Security Adviser, who did not require Senate confirmation, Lt. Gen. Michael T. Flynn of improper communications with Russian Ambassador Sergey Ivanovich Kislyak. According to the WaPost's intelligence 'sources' Flynn spoke with Kislyak several times by phone on the day President Obama announced the expulsion of 35 Russian diplomats from the U.S., allegedly in retaliation for Russian hacking related to the elections and mistreatment of American envoys in Russia. But Trump spokesman Spicer denies the conversations were at all improper or usurping the lame duck Obama Administration, and instead concerned Flynn extending holiday greetings and condolences to the Russian people on the loss of the Alexandrov Ensemble in a plane crash a few days before. Spicer also said Flynn was trying to arrange a phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Trump after Trump is to take office.

Russian Ambassador to Turkey Murdered on Camera by Turkish 'Ex' Cop, Putin Ally Suspects NATO Security Service Connection to Assassination

This is an open thread to discuss the assassination of Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrey Karlov on Monday December 19 by a reported (ex?) Turkish police officer, Mevlut Mert Altintas, in Ankara.

The Russia Analyst was saddened but not surprised by the news that the infamous Turkish Deep State and its not so hidden backers, humiliated by the defeat of their jihadi proxies in Aleppo, would create a provocation to sabotage the negotiations between the Kremlin and the turd in the hummus bowl, aka Anatolian dictator Recep Tayyip Erdoğan. However, we were expecting an incident similar to the shoot down of the SU-24 bomber by allegedly rogue, Gulenist-inspired elements of the Turkish military last November, not the assassination of a Russian chief of diplomatic mission on camera. The brazenness of the attack and the killer's rant about Aleppo as well as making the single finger salute of ISIS and other assorted jihadist terrorists in Syria before he was (conveniently) shot dead by police have already fueled speculation in Moscow as to who or what forces are ultimately behind the perp...

Trump-san: Shinzo Abe Meets President Elect, Newly Named Natl Security Advisor Gen. Flynn at Trump Tower

For all the Establishment carping about how Donald Trump would be a human wrecking ball to Washington's traditional alliances, he received a warm handshake from the Prime Minister of Japan on Thursday in his first meeting with a representative of the same.

Like the other defeated belligerent in World War II Germany has been the linchpin of the U.S. position in Europe, Japan has been the anchor of American dominance of the Pacific for over 70 years. But as V the Guerrilla Economist said back when we first started listening to him on Internet talk radio in 2012, "Watch Japan". The 11/17/16 90 minute meeting between the President elect who stunned the world and the Prime Minister representing the central bankers' monetary 'Mischief Engine' aka the Bank of Japan foretells tectonic shifts coming to global trade in 2017-18.

After Turkey's Failed Putsch, Is Saudi Arabia's Crown Prince Mohammed the Next in Line to Get Coup'd Over the Disastrous War in Yemen?

Even if we set aside Washington's ongoing pants-ing at the hands of the despotic neo-Ottoman Sultan who accuses the Americans of being behind Friday's coup, or ignore the fact that D.C.'s 'moderate rebel' proxies are being crushed in east Aleppo, there's another turd in the Mideast hummus bowl as the Guerrilla Economist would say: Yemen. Namely, Saudi Arabia's losing war against Saleh loyalist and Houthi tribesmen that has gone beyond a mere debacle to become a potentially existential threat to the continued reign if not survival of certain haughty princes, led by the 31-year-old Mohammad bin Salman Al Saud.

Flynn Effect: Trump Adviser Gives Speech in Moscow, Lt. Gen. and Former DIA Chief Being Vetted for Trump's VP Slot

While the U.S. media focused on the tragic police killings in Dallas and the European press the Euro2016 matches and NATO's summit in Warsaw, some subtle unofficial diplomacy was underway last week in Moscow.

Carter Page, an adviser to the Donald J. Trump presidential campaign and a former manager in the Moscow offices of Merrill Lynch, gave a speech at the New Economic School in the Russian capital. To the consternation of The Washington Post, Page called for dialogue and mutual respect rather than continued Cold War 2.0 confrontation with Russia
