Process To Set Up Trump-Putin Summit Has Begun; London Is Alarmed

Austrian media, TASS and Russian TV have confirmed that the Trump-Putin summit is planned for July 15 in Vienna. While we are still a long way from the ‘G3’ (U.S.-China-Russia) summit the Asia Times journalist Pepe “empire of chaos” Escobar sources and others are hinting at, or the G4 of USA-Russia-China-India alignment that the LaRouche Movement has advocated for years, the balance of power is clearly changing. China’s Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) in particular is rapidly shifting the geopolitics in Europe, to the point that we are now seeing anti-Chinese government segments on prime time HBO comedy shows.

There is still enough time before the meeting planned for after the NATO summit in Brussels on July 11 and 12 for some sort of incident to be manufactured — such as a chemical weapons attack, or an alleged altercation between U.S. and Russian forces in Syria. Nonetheless, it appears as of this week that the so-called moderate Syrian rebels along the Golan Heights have been told not to expect any military intervention on their behalf, despite vague threats against Assad’s government liberating Syrian territory made by State Department spokeswoman Heather Nauert and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley.

As Harley Schlanger wrote for the Schiller Institute and RogueMoney this weekend, Trump’s defiance of Washington’s Cold War 2 consensus and the unraveling of RussiaGate with the FBI’s former no. 2 counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok being subpoenaed to testify before Congress are very good news for Americans and the world. Deep State actors up to their eyeballs in politicizing or outright fabricating intelligence, led by former CIA Director John Brennan, are tweet-projecting their fear of exposure onto the President. The tide may be turning against a second Cold War and toward a radical rethink of alliances and global trade. — JWS

The Chinese Dream (Китайская Мечта): What Moscow is Learning from Beijing's Success

The Chinese Dream (Китайская Мечта): What Moscow is Learning from Beijing's Success

When it comes to the Russia-China alliance, many Westerners tend to view it simplistically, basically as China buying oil and gas plus acquiring military technology from the Russians. The notion that the One Belt One Road (OBOR) goes both ways, and Moscow also has much to learn from Beijing’s tremendous success in lifting hundreds of millions out of poverty in less than two generations, is seldom acknowledged in Brussels, London or Washington. Yet as RogueMoney contributor London Paul of the Sirius Report likes to say, “Watch China and Russia” — because these two giants are the economic and security spearheads respectively to a post-dollar dominated, indeed a post-Western led world.

As the Russian Analyst noted in a previous post about the Valdai discussion group meetings in Shanghai of April 2018, several Chinese experts points of emphasis was greater cooperation between Russia and China in the media space. We see examples of this in RT launching a Chinese language channel in 2017 and more recently, in CGTN’s coverage of the 2018 St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF). But these programs have mostly targeted international rather than domestic Russian audiences, even as polling data shows Russians rank China as their country’s greatest friend on the world stage, alongside former Soviet republics Belarus and Kazakhstan, and well ahead of European trading partners Germany and France. China requites this ‘love’, to the extent that the historically inward looking and vast Middle Kingdom can, with polling data showing Putin is the most admired world leader among 1.4 billion Chinese.

Late in May Russian TV extensively promoted a new documentary film titled “The Chinese Dream: Path to Revival” by Alexei Denisov. The title is suggestive, not only of China’s revival, but that of Russia as well.

Syraq SITREP 23: SAA Breaking Deir Ez Zor Siege, Bulgarian Journalist Fired for Exposing NATO's Arms Pipeline to AlCIAeda/ISIS

Syraq SITREP 23: SAA Breaking Deir Ez Zor Siege, Bulgarian Journalist Fired for Exposing NATO's Arms Pipeline to AlCIAeda/ISIS

Civilian celebrations were filmed in Deir Ez Zor at the news that the Syrian Arab Army (SAA) is now almost within sight of linking up with forces that have withstood over three and a half years of ISIS besieging the city. After numerous spoiling attacks on the SAA advance across the desert failed, the terrorists now have to face pro-government tribal sleeper cells rising up in the rear as the Army approaches.

While ISIS will try to attack the narrow land corridor expected to open up by early Tuesday, the Russian-backed SAA has now accomplished what many said would never happen: the siege is being lifted. All that awaits the once mighty pseudo-caliphate across the Euphrates River valley is dispersal and death.

Tougher Line: Russia Hosts Chinese Warships in Baltic, Donetsk Declares Malorossiya

Tougher Line: Russia Hosts Chinese Warships in Baltic, Donetsk Declares Malorossiya

Several days have passed since President Donald J. Trump's first meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the G20 in Hamburg. Along with the handshake and two hours plus meet and greet open to cameras, the two world leaders also met with more privacy before midnight local time at dinner. After the legacy media breathlessly reported this second Putin-Trump face to face conversation based on Eurasia Group President Ian Bremmer's claim Monday that only the Russian leader's interpreter was nearby, an angry Trump tweeted that the press pool and G20 leaders had known all about Mr. Bremmer's 'scoop' and failed to report it earlier. The latest #TrumpRussia 'scandal, combined with the instant leak of a transcript of Trump's phone call with British Prime Minister Theresa May, in which the President reportedly sought to avoid British venues open to protesters in an upcoming visit to the UK, magnified the impression of chaos in Washington. The fact that the President's own party majority in Congress also failed to agree on an Obamacare replacement bill this week only underscores the general sense of disarray and backbiting in the undrained D.C. swamp.

The American Deep State meanwhile, through its mouthpieces like the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) published journal Foreign Policy and the James Comey leaks-cheerleading Lawfare, is pushing the ludicrous line that Donald Trump Jr's useless meeting with a few (likely Fusion GPS dodgy dossier authoring firm linked) Russians in June 2016 constitutes a violation of the 1917 Espionage Act. Looking at the fanatical opposition any rapprochement with Russia faces in Washington, it's little wonder that the Kremlin and its Chinese allies are, in the words of The Sirius Report's London Paul texted to me, losing patience with the idea that a besieged, confused or infiltrated Trump White House can deliver anything of substance.

RT Documentary "Soft Occupation" About Washington's Dominance of Germany

RT Documentary "Soft Occupation" About Washington's Dominance of Germany

In April 2016, a study was conducted, exclusively for the Zeit newspaper which stated that the refugee programme could cost Germany up to 400 billion euros. The results of the study, carried out by the Mannheim Centre for European Economic Research suggested that the economic impact of the refugee crisis largely depends on the degree of the economic integration of the refugees. A government report at that time suggested that Germany might expect to receive as many as 3.6 million refugees by 2020, with about half a million people arriving each year until that time.

Speech by @ZeppLaRouche to the @SchillerInst Conference in Detroit

Helga Zepp-LaRouche addresses a Schiller Institute meeting in Detroit, Michigan on June 17, 2017. Mrs. Zepp-LaRouche concluded her remarks saying, "We are still in the infancy of development of the human species. And I think we are very lucky that we are alive and can shape the future at this point, but I think the most crucial aspect for this whole perspective, to succeed, is: Make the American-Chinese cooperation for the New Silk Road function in the immediate period."

The Trumpening of Europe: Moldova and Bulgaria Vote for Detente with Russia

On Sunday candidates considered more friendly toward Russia defeated their Washington and Brussels promoted rivals in the Bulgarian and Moldovan elections. Both elections in the former Warsaw Pact/Soviet space represented stinging defeats to the forces behind Cold War 2.0 who are still reeling from the victory of President elect Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin's congratulations to him earlier in the week (speaking of which, Trump and Putin had their first contact via phone call on Monday).

Make Austro-Hungary Great Again: Orban Unofficially Endorses Trump, Austrians Reject TTIP Ahead of October 2nd Elections

“Today it is written in the book of fate, that hidden, faceless world powers will eliminate everything that is unique, autonomous, age-old, and national. They will blend cultures, religions, and populations, until our many-faceted and proud Europe will finally become bloodless and docile. If we resign ourselves to this outcome, our fate will be sealed and we will be swallowed up in the enormous belly of the United States of Europe."

"We must therefore drag the ancient virtue of courage out from under the silt of oblivion."

"First of all, we must put steel in our spines, and we must answer clearly, with a voice loud enough to be heard far and wide, the single most important question determining out fate. The question upon Europe stands of falls is this:"

"Shall we be slaves – or men set free?”

- Viktor Orban, Prime Minister of Hungary

The Empire of Chaos Meets Camp of the Saints: Euro-Destabilization through Migrant Invasion

"No west European leader, absolutely none, has dared to publicly express the idea that the refugees from Iraq, Syria, Libya, the Horn of Africa, Nigeria and Mali are not fleeing dictatorships, but the chaos into which we have deliberately...plunged their countries." - Thierry Meyssan "C'est toujours l'me qui gagne les combats decisifs" - Jean Raspail
