'Davos Man is Dead': Trump's Proposed EU Ambassador Prof. Ted Malloch Keeps Triggering (EUSSR) Globalists

In Week 2 of the Trump Presidency, the Struggle Between the Globalists With Their Lugenpresse and the Nationalists' Internationale Intensifies

Prof. Malloch's remarks came the same week European magazines ranging from the Rothschild-owned The Economist in the UK to Germany's Establishment mouthpiece Der Spiegel published covers depicting Trump as a terrorist/anarchist alternatively beheading lady liberty ISIS-style or throwing a flaming Molotov cocktail at the world order. Another magazine, this one in Ireland, went further and mused about Trump being murdered. If it looks like a coordinated campaign of agitprop, quacks like one, then it probably is one, notwithstanding the protestations of these outlets that they aren't under any type of state or central direction (unlike, we're told, the 'firehose of falsehood' that is the Kremlin directed Russian media).

Daddy Globo-infoWarbucks Georgy Schwartz's Fingerprint$ on the #NeverTrump GOP

“Employees of a hedge fund founded by the king of the Institutional Left, billionaire and Democratic Party mega-donor George Soros, donated tens of thousands of dollars to top Republicans who fought against President Donald Trump in 2016, donation records compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics show.

Soros Fund Management, a former hedge fund that serves now as an investment management firm, was founded by progressive billionaire George Soros in 1969. It has risen to become one of the most profitable hedge funds in the industry. Employees of the firm are heavily involved in backing political candidates giving millions upon millions to groups that were supporting failed 2016 Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Rodham Clinton for the presidency.

But more importantly, perhaps, than the unsurprising giant lump sums of cash funneled into Democratic Party and Clinton coffers is the revelation thanks to the Center for Responsive Politics that employees of the Soros firm—now run by his son Robert Soros—pumped tens of thousands of dollars into the campaigns of top anti-Trump Republicans over the course of 2016.

In total, executives with the Soros-founded company pushed $36,800 into the coffers of these GOP candidates just this past cycle. That does not include Super PACs or campaign committees, which saw tens of thousands of dollars more.”

However, it's now on record that employees of billionaire arch globalist currency speculator/'financial terrorist' George Soros' hedge fund supported most of Donald Trump's GOPe primary opponents. Conservative new media have also uncovered the fact that a former deputy secretary of defense under Obama who mused in the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) magazine Foreign Policy about Trump being overthrown by a military coup sent gushing emails to Soros and John Podesta in 2015. So a common thread between the various hysterical reactions to Trump's first two weeks in office and the global(ist) news media executing a campaign designed to further whip up panic over his presidency worldwide appears to be none other than the Bond villain billionaire. But while Soros and his colored revolution in the U.S. promoting Open Society Institutes, Media Matters and what's left of the Democratic Party infrastructure are critical nodes in the emerging agitprop campaign to undermine the Trump presidency, they're far from alone in the effort.

The European Union (EU), now thrown into crisis by no longer having a 'leader of the free world' it can kowtow to in the form of Barack Hussein Obama or the expected Hillary Rodham Clinton in the White House, is waging an agitprop campaign of its own against the Trump presidency. It started as we've documented here at RogueMoney, before President Trump took office, with a campaign of trolling and smears of The Donald being run out of Brussels by the director of the EU Stratcom East Task Force, Jakub Kalensky. Whose official remit from the EU bureaucracy is to counter 'Russian propaganda' designed to undermine the European Union, but who has apparently received a green light from his bosses to attack Trump and his counselor Steve Bannon's former media outlet Breitbart News as well.

I guess I can skip his statements for future, I know it all from pro-Kremlin "media" already... https://t.co/DbmmK86gf3

As we discussed with the Guerrilla Economist in a phone call on Monday, we doubt that the EU's propaganda campaign against the Trump White House has gone unnoticed and in the guise of Prof. Ted Malloch, unanswered. In some small part perhaps, because at the Russia Analyst's request the Guerrilla forwarded our article, "Mr. Kalensky Goes to Washington" to former RM guest Roger J. Stone, who wrote the definitive book on the Trump against the world campaign that shocked the globalist Establishment. Yet there was trouble in EU paradise courtesy of the Trumpening of Europe well before Mr. Kalensky began smearing/trolling Trump and this RogueMoney contributor noticed.

Blame it On Maggie's Conservative Evangelical Christian Texan Grandkids:

The Thatcher/Bruges Group/TPPF Trans-Atlantic Euroskeptic Connection

As we mentioned last week, the euroskeptic tendency dates back to at least then British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher's speech opposing a European superstate at the Belgian city of Bruges in 1988. It was very likely that speech, among other actions, which caused globalists inside Ms. Thatcher's own Conservative Party to plot her ouster in 1990. Ted Malloch of course, was described in a recent interview with Bloomberg News as a former 'sherpa' for Ms. Thatcher in her post-PM golden years.

As we wrote in our article published on February 3, 'After Trump Administration's Likely Envoy to EU(SSR) Compares Bloc to Late USSR, EUrocrats Declare Cold War Against 'Trump's USA', one of Thatcher's last public speeches in the USA given before her husband Denis's death from cancer in 2003 came two years earlier, specifically on February 15, 2001, when the 'Iron Lady' addressed a gathering of Texas Public Policy Foundation (TPPF) members and donors in Houston (not far from where Ms. Thatcher's Texan grandchildren lived in a wealthy suburb of Dallas). Ms. Thatcher's hostess at that event was Wendy Gramm, wife to the powerful Texas Republican Senator Phil Gramm, who had touted the prospect of turning NAFTA into a North Atlantic Free Trade Agreement to include the UK months earlier. But proceeding beyond the publically available facts or longstanding British grievances against a bloc that many viewed as seeking to supplant NATO with a European Army and overturn British sovereignty via undemocratic regulations to the idea of a 'plot' against the EU would be speculation.

Ted Malloch Reflects Trump's Deep Suspicions of the EU as an Undemocratic, Globalist Body

Regardless of whether there has been some sort of vague trans-Atlantic Thatcherite plan to bring down the EU for many years, Ted Malloch certainly hasn't been shy about discussing the grave problems the bloc faces as he prepares to represent the USA in Brussels --- or the reality that globalism as defined by what the late Harvard Prof. Samuel P. Huntington called 'Davos Man' is dead:

Donald Trump: If Brussels bans my man, I’ll kick out EU envoy https://t.co/iwrrEYCbJn#TedMalloch#Malloch#EU#Ambassador

— ::Monkey:: (@M0nk33y) February 5, 2017

“RT: The EU parliament is somehow trying to veto your appointment as the next ambassador to the European Union. What is your reaction?

Ted Malloch: They must not have got the notice that Donald Trump won the American election. Of course, ambassadors are chosen by their home countries to represent those countries and those national interests in foreign capitals, in this case, in Brussels.

RT: Is it symptomatic of the fact that European politicians don’t really understand their power relations with Washington?

TM: I think there is some sense of that. But there is also an inkling, particularly in some leftist political circles in Europe, to wish Trump away or to think that in four years they might have Obama back or basically to call me things like ‘malevolent’ which actually requires a theory of ‘good and evil,’ which they don’t have.

RT: How out of touch are elites continuing to be in European capitals and the MSM when it comes to Trump?

TM: I don’t think it is just Europe. It is certainly the case around the world. The Davos Man is dead. We had the Davos World Economic Forum the other week and of course they had a lot of has-beens there. The keynote speakers were all people who were leaving office, for example, US Secretary of State John Kerry. Xi Jinping was their poster boy for globalization, and in effect, China has been a beneficiary of globalization. The 300 million jobs that were created in China was a significant economic fact, but lots of those jobs were taken out of the hallowed places of Western Europe and Middle America.

RT: In the diplomatic world, Britain’s ambassador to Washington, Sir Kim Darroch, believes that “Trump inexperience will be able to be exploited by the UK.” Wise for Britain to have a diplomat there that thinks like that?

TM: Good luck. Of course, facetiously, Donald Trump suggested that someone else be the ambassador to the UK, obviously that didn’t come to fruition and wasn’t going to happen. Everyone underestimated Donald Trump this entire past year and a half. Seventeen political candidates and Republican primaries, Hillary Clinton, the most experienced, seasoned pro in American politics – what happened to all of them?”

Europeans Too, Need No Longer Surrender to the False Song of Globalism

In recent interviews with Bloomberg, Malloch has denied MEPs allegations that his intent as U.S. Ambassador to Brussels would be to break up the European Union, as any decision to leave the EU can only be made by the people of the member countries. Malloch has said however, when challenged on Trump's support for Brexit and a US-UK free trade agreement, that Great Britain has a strong friend in the White House now compared to Barack Hussein Obama's opposition to  the British people's democratic will to leave the bloc. Malloch also said he expected other countries to reconsider their relationship with the EU center, mentioning the so-called PIGS (Portugal, Italy, Greece and Spain) by name as nations that have been hurt by the artificially high value of the euro relative to what they would have in their old national currencies like the peseta or lira, while the euro itself in Malloch's view remains undervalued compared to the dollar.

Malloch vs. the Globalist Empire the EU Has Become, Whereby Berlin Gets to Exploit Southern Europe and Prevent Cheaper Competition to German Manufacturing Thanks to the Euro

This seeming contradiction can of course, be resolved by the fact that Germany now has these countries like a hunter holding a wolf by the ears --- if Berlin lets them 'Grexit'/'Ital-ciao' and 'Spain-cya', the potential debt defaults or even revaluation of their euro-denominated debts in national currencies would wreck the German if not French banking systems. But as Malloch pointed out to his Bloomberg interviewer the status quo, while suitable to Angela Merkel and other northern European EUrocrats, is unsustainable for countries like Greece. In Malloch's words the Greeks have experienced 'stagnation' in the near decade since the first EU bailouts of Greek debt were negotiated. Stagnation is putting it mildly -- the correct term is stag-flationary depression with mass unemployment among Greeks under the age of 35 and outside of the Greek military (which continues to be one of the few NATO states meeting the 2% of GDP target) and state bureaucracy.

The late American economist Herbert Stein, father to actor and game show host Ben, used to say during the Nixon years of going off the gold standard that economic policies which could not go on, wouldn't. Prof. Malloch seems to have picked up that approach, whether intuitively through his own research of the EU's failures, or through conversations with the late Maggie Thatcher and more recently, Brussels/Strasbourg's nemesis turned Trump surrogate Nigel Farage. While the EUrobureaucracy in the form of 'super' Mario Draghi the Goldman Sachs golden boy have proclaimed that some sort of exit from the Union may be possible for Italy or other countries, provided the debts remain in their euro denominations, without massive write downs that appears to be merely wishful thinking. Team RogueMoney's Ken Schortgen Jr. has explained in great detail during his excellent podcasts all the reasons why Draghi is, as the Germans would say, in cloud cuckoo land along with much of the remaining EUrocrat die hards like Guy Verhofstadt (watch his interview with Al-Jazeera below to see what we mean):

As Frequent RM Guest Harley Schlanger Points Out, Germans Want Out of This System Too

In fairness to the German people, we should point out that many of them were unhappy with Merkel's policies creating anger towards them among southern Europeans well before the alleged ex-Stasi agent raised in East Germany decided to invite hundreds of thousands from the Middle East into Europe with hardly any vetting. For all the talk about how Germany is rapidly aging and needs young workers who can supposedly only come from the Mideast and not other European countries still in the common EU market, the rate of hiring the Syrian and other Mideastern newcomers shunted into free German language classes for many months has been abysmal. Many German manufacturers also recognize that the model of keeping southern European states like Italy that in the past had offered slightly cheaper competition for some of Germany's products locked in a monetary straitjacket is unsustainable, as are the sanctions against Russia which they want lifted to remove an obstacle to their enthusiastic participation in the great land bridge project with China.

If the German people themselves weren't tired of Merkel, we wouldn't see polls showing even the ridiculous EUrocrat Martin Schultz tied with her, or the scramble by legacy media to denounce any Internet reports or social media trends against the Chancellor as Russian inspired 'fake news'. Nor would we see Merkel seeking this week to browbeat the Poles who have successfully defied her migration policy alongside their Hungarian and Slovak Visegrad allies. Naturally the EU Stratcom East task force isn't comfortable discussing that topic since the Poles can hardly be accused of being soft on the Russians!

Preparing the Demolition of the EU So New Structures Can Arise in Its Place:
There Will Be Big Winners, and Losers Too

Regardless of whether EUrocrats complain that the U.S. under Trump has betrayed the Cold War 2 struggle with 'Putin's Russia' in Ukraine and Syria, or intends to exact 'rents' from a disunited Europe in order to drive investment out of the euro into the final 'safe haven' dollar, EU debts both public and private are too vast to ever be repaid. That means even if the dollar is the alligator that gets eaten last, to paraphrase Sir Winston Churchill's comment about appeasement in the 1930s, the yen, euro and the pound/looney/aussie dollar will all face their own reckonings in the great global monetary reset. The Trump-May free trade negotiations, while driven in part by the desire Malloch hardly denies to give London leverage versus Brussels, have a deeper underlying geo-economic purpose. As RM guest London Paul has affirmed once again this week, the goal is to prepare large parts of 'the West' to participate in the New Silk/One Belt One Road, the largest construction project on the planet and the gateway to a new trade and monetary paradigm rising from the ashes of the failing fiat legacy.

Lashing Out and Smearing Dissidents as the Evil Empire Crumbles:

How the EU(SSR) (Stratcom East Task Force) Resembles Failing Soviet Propagandists

However, just as Prof. Malloch compared the EU(SSR) to the late great Soviet Empire under Gorbachev transitioning to the nation state of the Russian Federation, there are going to be winners and losers during this epoch-shaping process. One of the biggest group of losers will be the bureaucrats in Brussels who live more lavishly off the European taxpayer than the old Soviet nomenklatura ever did under Brezhnev or Andropov, and these small thousand army of bureaucrats naturally fear their perks, generous pensions and subsidized apartments/travel will all be taken away from them.

Who knows? These bureaucrats might have to get real jobs, as Bane/Trump would say, with their coats confiscated, cast out into the cold world that we know! Hence the hysterics of the EUro-klatura's agents like Jakub Kalensky and casual willingness to smear as Kremlin assets not only ordinary European dissident writers like Danish anti-feminist Iben Thranholm as Russian agents, but even the President of the United States:

Much like the EUrocrats hopes that Hillary Clinton would win, or that the likes of Sen. John McCain and Lindsey Graham would block Trump's stated desire for detente with Vladimir Putin's Russia, reality will keep on biting in Brussels. Therefore, it's probably best to recognize that EU Stratcom, in its rush to label not only Europeans like Danish Roman Catholic writer and RT contributor Iben Thranholm but also Donald Trump enemies of the Euro-state, merely represent the panicked howls of a failing authoritarian/globalist empire.
