The new report by LaRouchePAC, written as a memo to President Trump, provides the background to understand not just "who's who" in Russiagate, but what their intent is. Its circulation provides the ammunition to those who supported Trump's pledge to end the era of U.S. decline under the direction of the political machines behind the Bushes, the Clinton networks and Obama, to put an end to the coup against not just Trump, but against the American voters.
End the "Special Relationship"
The new report, written by Barbara Boyd, is titled, "Memo to President Trump: Time to End the Special Relationship; Declassify All British Spawned Documents Concerning Your 2016 Campaign" (2). Given that the illegal operations against the Trump campaign and presidency have been conducted in secrecy, Trump must use his constitutional power to declassify documents, which will show what has been done under the cover of darkness. Boyd points out that the FBI and the CIA will not have the files needed to prove the case against them. Instead, it is necessary to look at the interactions between the Obama White House, his CIA (under Director John Brennan), the Director of National Intelligence (James Clapper, a close collaborator with Brennan),the Department of Justice (DOJ), the Treasury and State Departments; and the British "old boy" spy networks, including the Signals Intelligence unit GCHQ and MI6, as well as the "private" spy companies, such as Orbis, run by Christopher Steele.
For example, it was GCHQ's former head, Hannigan, who first brought charges of "suspicious" Russian cyber activity to Brennan's attention, which gave Brennan the justification to open a multi-agency task force, while former MI6 head Sir Richard Dearlove was advising Steele to go to the FBI. What did Hannigan tell Brennan? What exactly was Dearlove's role? What happened during Steele's first meeting in London, on July 5, 2016, with FBI counterintelligence officer Peter Strzok, who was the Bureau's liaison with Brennan?
The memo provides an initial list of documents which must be declassified. For example:
1. All documents referencing allegations of Trump connections to Russia, from U.K. networks, NATO, Ukraine and Estonia.
2. All documents asserting Trump is a Putin "puppet", from the Clinton campaign, the Obama White House, the media, etc.
3. Documents related to the Hannigan-Brennan meeting in early summer 2016.
4. Documents related to British knowledge of alleged Russian hacking of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) computers from 2015 and earlier; documents on Wikileaks acquisition of DNC and Podesta emails.
5. All documents concerning surveillance and counterintelligence tools deployed against the Trump campaign and his transition team. These would include the FISA Court applications filed by the FBI/DOJ to surveil Carter Page and others linked to the Trump campaign and transition team.
6. All documents concerning entrapment and infiltration.
On this last point, a full investigation is needed into the role of Stefan Halper, whose name surfaced when it was revealed that Glenn Simpson, of Fusion GPS, told the Senate Judiciary Committee that the FBI notified Christopher Steele that they had an informant in the Trump campaign (3). Halper, who is reported to be close to Sir Richard Dearlove, is a long-time CIA-MI6 asset, has been identified as the "infiltrator."
The mainstream U.S. media has seized upon Trump's tweets about the infiltrator and "Spygate" in an attempt to cover for the British-Obama operations, reducing "Spygate" to a semantic debate over whether deploying operatives into the Trump campaign is "spying", "infiltration," a necessary defense against Russian aggression, or a figment of Trump's paranoia. But enough detail has emerged that it can be stated definitively that there was a joint operation by Anglo-American intelligence which was designed to entrap Trump campaign officials, through running a classic "sting" operation. Key to this are three operatives with ties to the CIA, FBI and MI6 -- Joseph Mifsud, Alexander Downer, a former Australian Foreign Minister and Australian High Commissioner to the UK, and Stefan Halper. These three were deployed to manipulate low-level Trump officials Carter Page and George Papadopoulos into believing they would be working with Russian intelligence networks which wanted to help Trump, to establish links which could be cited as channels of Russian influence into the Trump campaign.
Halper's role, as Boyd points out from the evidence so far, was to create a trail of fake evidence linking the Trump campaign to Russia, then turn this planted, fake evidence over to Robert Mueller, to allow him to prove "collusion." The overall purpose of the Mifsud/Downer/Halper operation was summarized by George Parry in the American Spectator on May 22, 2018. In "The Papadopoulos Affair: Such a Downer," Parry writes that the hapless Papadopoulos was "manipulated to repeat a planted, fictitious story about Clinton dirt and emails in order to create the appearance of collusion by the Trump campaign with the Russians and a prefabricated predicate for the FBI investigation of that campaign." In other words, this was a classic sting operation, where the "investigators" suggest the "crime" and then blame it on their targets.
Shutting Down the "Deep State"
By declassifying these documents, it would become possible also to put a spotlight on the role of the American collaborators with the UK intelligence networks. A special focus should be the role of John Brennan in the anti-Trump, regime-change coup, and his close ally, James Clapper. Once the fictional stories being circulated about Russian "meddling" and "hacking" are stripped away, it becomes evident that what they, and their allies in both parties found most offensive about the prospects of a Trump presidency were his repeated comments about desiring an improved, cooperative relationship with Russia and President Putin.
Brennan has a history of anti-Russian activity, which includes providing U.S. support for the anti-Yanukovic coup in Ukraine, and in delivering military weapons, training and logistic support for anti-Assad rebels in Syria. Much of the sophisticated weapons given by the CIA to the "moderate rebels" ended up in the hands of the ISIS and Al-Qaeda terrorists. Since leaving his position at the CIA, he has been increasingly vocal in his attacks on both Trump and Putin, in tweets, as well as in commentaries on major U.S. networks. As for Clapper, one needs only to hear the sharply Russophobic comments he unleashed in Australia on June 6, 2017, to see his bias. After stating unequivocally that "the Russians are not our friends," he added that there are "irreconcilable differences" between the two countries, as it is in Russia's "genes to be opposed, diametrically opposed, to the United States and western democracies."
Thus, there should be no surprise to see the close collaboration between those two, and the task force they established, with their equally obsessed anti-Russian counterparts in British intelligence. The hysteria which seized Brennan, Clapper and their British counterparts was not based simply on what happened in the U.S., with the Trump victory. Lyndon LaRouche has insisted, as Boyd points out, that Trump's victory was part of an international revolt.
"The British establishment -- in shock over the popular revolt represented in the Brexit vote, finding similar dissent throughout their European colonies, being outflanked by Putin in Syria and Ukraine, viewing China's Belt and Road Initiative as a deadly strategic threat, and sitting on top of a hopeless speculative financial powder keg -- faced the danger, if Clinton lost, of losing the United States, as their designated gendarme for the world.
"They panicked. As MI6's Christopher Steele confessed to former DOJ Associate Deputy Attorney General Bruce Ohr, he and his friends across the pond were 'desperate to stop Trump's election.' They launched a furious operation to destroy Donald Trump because of Trump's determination to seek a new, collaborative relationship with Putin and Russia and because of Trump's pledge to end the U.S. role as world policeman. They found willing collaborators in the Obama and Clinton partisans manning the Department of Justice and Obama's intelligence agencies, and in their longstanding assets in the United States."
This report is must reading for anyone in Germany who wishes to understand the truth about Russiagate. You will not find the real story in the German media, as its reporters and editors dutifully stick to the line dictated by the perpetrators of the regime change coup in the U.S. There is much about Anglo-American intelligence operations in Germany which also remains classified. Declassifying the key documents of British operations against the U.S. would be a good first step toward freeing the European continent from the perfidious effects of domination by the financial and intelligence powers of the British Empire.
