USS John S. McCain Part II: The Dog That Didn't Bark
/Gregory (Scotland Yard detective): “Is there any other point to which you would wish to draw my attention?”
Holmes: “To the curious incident of the dog in the night-time.”
Gregory: “The dog did nothing in the night-time.”
Holmes: “That was the curious incident.”
Sometimes it's not what you do see but what you don't see that provides the clue. In this blog, we'll take a look at something that is missing in the official photo of the port side damage that the USS John S. McCain suffered on August 20, 2017. If the top brass, spoon-fed narrative is to be believed, there is something that you should expect to see in this photo. (Sort of like how you should have seen an actual crashed plane at the Flight 93 Shanksville impact site on September 11, 2001, but you never did. Sorry, I digress ....)

In the first blog of this series, we laid out the official story as it was presented to the public via press releases and tweets posted by the U.S. Navy. In this blog, we'll take a look at comments that have been posted by Jim Rickards, The Sirius Report, Bill Holter, and finally, Dr. Joseph P. Farrell to come up with a theory that is, shall we say, closer to the truth.
On the day of the incident, Jim Rickards was quick to comment on the pattern that has now emerged with these recent naval "mishaps".
In other words, when are coincidences no longer coincidences? (And some would argue that there are no coincidences.) "Once is happenstance. Twice is coincidence. The third time it's enemy action," Ian Fleming of James Bond fame once said.
We can see that there is a pattern to these incidents. And that's without even mentioning the Khibiny-enabled Russian SU-24 that apparently disabled the USS Donald Cook three years ago which left it sitting as a duck in the water. [See excellent review of that incident on April 12, 2014 at VoltaireNet.org.] Of course, with the USS Donald Cook, nobody died and it was well known that it was the Russians who were showing off their new toy. See our other RM articles about Russia's development of #DEW (Directed Energy Weapons) technology by James the Russian Analyst [linked here] and by myself [linked here]. Even then, note that the United States held off from treating that incident as an act of war.
Now let's take a look at what Bill Holter noticed, or rather did not notice, when examining the above photo of the damaged hull of the USS John S. McCain.
Where Are The Scratches?
During a recent interview with Greg Hunter of USAwatchdog.com, Bill Holter made this comment at the 7-minute marker while referring to the mishaps to both the USS Fitzgerald and to the USS John S. McCain:
"They got t-boned by freighters, by cargo ships, which move very, very slowly. If you look at the holes in the sides of the ships, there's no horizontal scratches whatsoever. Which shows that neither of them were underway. They weren't going even 2,3, or 4 knots. They were dead in the water. With today's technology, and the fact that the destroyers are pretty fast boats that can do over 30 knots, that's an impossibility. And it's our theory that somehow, someway, U.S. technology has been trumped."
"Which shows that neither of them were underway." Well, that's very interesting, especially when you consider that the official Navy press release issued for public consumption said:
The guided-missile destroyer USS John S. McCain (DDG 56) was involved in a collision with the merchant vessel Alnic MC while underway east of the Straits of Malacca and Singapore on Aug. 21.
Which brings us to the meat-and-potatoes of this blog: conclusions made by Dr. Joseph P. Farrell in his unprecedented 4-part treatment of the USS John S. McCain incident.
Technology Reshaping the Multipolar World
I could not agree more with the comment made by The Sirius Report in their own blog dated September 3, 2017.
Back in 2011, a US drone was captured by the Iranian military and whilst there was no official confirmation it is understood that this was downed by an electronic warfare system, provided most likely by Russia.
We have recently also seen a spate of incidents with US warships being hit by cargo vessels which arguably also raises the question of interference utilising such systems.
Russia continues to showcase such advanced technologies in e.g. Syria which has redefined Western attitudes towards foreign policy in the sphere of military intervention and combat. We should also not underestimate the impact that such technologies have had on shaping the multipolar world.
Below is a consideration by Joseph P. Farrell based on his recent set of four blogs posted at GizaDeathStar.com that also wholeheartedly recognizes the electronic interference being perpetrated, not just against the naval destroyer, but also possibly against the merchant ship. However, the question of exactly who is steering the technology remains open. I would caution the reader to be ready to flush the notion that traditional governments are to blame for these incidents. Be ready to acknowledge that there is something more powerful that sits over governments, a "supra-sovereignty," if you will. Dr. Farrell and I both had the same thought when we saw the news about the USS John S. McCain: we saw this same power at work on 9/11, that breakaway civilization of people who use bankers, contractors, and even presidents as their own personal tools.
I will summarize the points that stood out to me in Dr. Farrell's analysis.
1. Who Hit Whom?
In Dr. Farrell's first blog [linked here], the comment is made that, contrary to the official story, it would appear that, "given the nature of the damage," it was the commercial ship that hit the USS McCain, not the other way around. The damage to both the USS Fitzgerald and the USS McCain would seem to suggest more of a "ramming" action rather than a "collision." It was also noted that the U.S. Navy officials immediately began floating the "crew incompetence" theory in front of the public after the McCain incident. Was that a diversion? In fact, as late as this week, the McCain mishap is still being chalked up to poor training and lack of "certification" of the crew. The Navy is doubling down on meme repetition.
2. Selective jamming ... and not just of the electronics.
But Dr. Farrell doesn't buy the incompetence meme, and in his second blog [linked here], he listed his other speculations. Naturally, we all had the USS Donald Cook incident on our mind. In fact, the Russians did publicly acknowledge their electronics jamming prowess in that incident, an acknowledgement that had been published this year on April 20th, exactly two months before the USS Fitzgerald incident. (Farrell remarked that this story was published on the same day as the McCain incident, but I think he was confusing "April 20th" with "August 20th." No matter; the Russians know that we know that they have this jamming capability.)
One thing that Farrell notably picked up from that earlier Russian article was the statement "that a method of detecting and neutralizing specific systems while leaving others intact and operational has been developed." That statement could well explain why the USS McCain was able to limp back to port "under its own power." Farrell then allows this conclusion to leapfrog to something very radical and almost too scary to say aloud. He speculates that a jamming system capable of screwing with electronics on a ship can also screw with the electronics of a human mind:
So this has left us with high octane hypothesis number three: the incidents might be due to targeted systems malfunctioning due to electronic interference, a kind of "selective" or "targeted jamming". We may add a possible corollary to this hypothesis: such interference may not have been directed at the ship's systems, but at another electronic system: the human crews themselves.
There are patents on record detailing technologies able to interfere remotely with human emotions, thoughts, and decision-making processes remotely, by the use of microwaves and beat-frequency entrainment processes. The corollary would seem to explain the unusual lack of evasive actions by the crews of the involved ships, but again, there is no mention of this possibility in any of the articles covering these stories.
This hypothesis and its corollary do raise the possibility, however, that we might be looking at a combined technology, able to target specific ship systems or their crews, or both. (Note, in this respect, the alleged statement of a Donald Cook crew member quoted above, that when the Russian Sukhoi 24 entered the "kill zone" that "mysticism began," a statement reflective, perhaps, of his emotional and intellectual state.)
3. Chinese chips on American ships
Wow! Just let that possibility simmer on the back burner as we peek into Dr. Farrell's speculations posted in his third blog [linked here]. After all, why should the Ruskies get all the blame? Why not the Chinese as well? "There is a fifth possibility, namely, that the incidents were not the result of "remote selective jamming" at all, but rather, a cyber-attack." Farrell reminds us of the PROMIS software, the infiltration of which, by the way, played a huge role in 9/11 and sent Cheney out of the public's eye for months while that software got re-tooled. (Farrell has written about that in his 9/11 book.) Has anyone bothered to notice that the software on American ships is guided by Chinese chips ... computer chips, that is.
There's another aspect to this cyber-attack hypothesis, for if it is the explanation behind all these incidents, including the Donald Cook incident, then one might be looking at something else than my "selective targetable jamming" idea or its corollary "mind control" hypothesis, but a simple matter of the old PROMIS software-NSA "clipper chip" scandal of the 1980s: with the export of chips to China, the entire military might be compromised by chips that are, in effect, Chinese versions of the NSA's clipper chip, and they might be reading the same mail, so to speak, that the NSA is reading. This would mean that Russian indications of a "selective jamming technology" which would include a "human interference" component are a kind of Potemkin village, a claim that might be true, or might be false, one simply does not know.
Might this fifth hypothesis be combined with the other four? Certainly. For example, imagine activating a "clipper chip" or a certain segment of a software code remotely, by a specific radio signal: "if receiving frequency "x" then execute lines of code "w,y,z..." and so on. Imagine being particularly fiendish and Byzantine, and coding software, or building a chip, to activate certain instructions when it receives a signal in a frequency frequently used by a potential enemy, or even activated on certain well-used terms in a foreign military, and you get the idea.
In hindsight, it would seem perfectly obvious that an enemy would come up with such a fiendish scheme. But would it really be in Russia's and/or China's best interests to lob a first strike like that? I would say No, if for no other reason than because Russia and China are already well along in overcoming the most destructive weapon of all, the American PetroDollar. So why gum up the works with singular incidents like the Fitzgerald and McCain? I mean, it was all fun and games on the USS Donald Cook, but nobody died on that ship. Given the Sun Tzu eastern mind-think of Putin and Xi, an attack on the U.S. in this way would seem almost juvenile.
4. The Supra-Sovereign Breakaway Cabal
Which leads us to Joseph Farrell's fourth and final blog [linked here]. Since it really isn't in any single nation's best interests to pull off a lame stunt like that, should we perhaps look at some entity who is not "national" and yet still has access to advanced technology? Once again, the spectre is raised of that "4th Reich" breakaway civilization, a "supra sovereignty" of sorts. If you think about it, Russia and China have not been immune from their own unexplained mishaps. Joseph says:
However, it might be objected at this juncture that in the case of the Fitzgerald and McCain incidents that we see no corresponding "operations" or attacks against Russian or Chinese interests. Granted, this is a problem, but not one that is entirely fatal to the speculative hypothesis, provided one is willing to widen the context and dataset a bit, for there have been such incidents.
Recall only those strange explosions at Chinese chemical plants just a few years ago. At that time there was speculation that the USA had used its alleged "rod of God" technology, i.e., space-based kinetic weapons, to take out the Chinese plants. Again, I doubted at the time that the USA would (1) risk such an action when the consequences would be dire and (2) reveal the existence of such a capability. Another, extra-territorial entity, bent on creating tension between the three powers, might be willing to do so.
Similarly, there were Russian incidents where their own sophisticated systems did not perform "up to specification," so to speak. Recall only the incident at Sevastopol, during an exercise and "show" for the civilian population when a missile firing was conducted, and the missile misfired. Recall also the incident at the Russian power plant near Murmansk, when the power plant exploded. At the time, Russian state-controlled media was speculating that this may have been the result of deliberate action and sabotage.
And that, my friends, is where Joseph P. Farrell concludes his set of four blogs that offered high octane speculations on whatever is going on with those electronics systems on U.S. Navy warships.
Son of Cain
As readers of Farrell's books and blogs well know, he has no qualms about mentioning the occult "noise" that always seems to be humming in the background of nefarious global-impacting events. In the back of my brain, that casual vacation photo of Arizona Senator John Mc-son of-Cain standing in the cool, beautiful waters of our local Sedona sacred Oak Creek is still tugging at me. The photo was taken just hours before the dreadful incident that damaged the ship that is named after his father and grandfather and sent ten servicemen to their deaths.
The USS John S. McCain accident/attack transpired in the Strait of Malacca which is almost directly on top of earth's equator, in that part of the world that has seen so much painful loss of human lives recently. Remember the Indian Ocean tsunami and the downing of various Malaysian Airlines. Hmmm, something smells awfully ritualistic and sacrificial about all of that, especially if you factor in these hints of Directed Energy weaponry - and I include the 2004 tsunami in that portfolio.

For those who have read my Antarctica blogs, you might recall that the "crossing of the equator" on a vessel is accompanied by quite bizarre rituals that harken memories of King Neptune and ancient hero mythology. We know that the Noah Flood event has a connection to the origination of those myths. I have no doubt that we are living through a time when this "breakaway civilization" is bearing down on their anticipated reunion with their human-hybrid past.
With that, I will conclude this blog. Let the image of ten sailors - all of whom were electronic technicians - who were sent to Davy Jones Locker while navigating close to the equator linger in your mind. We may have just witnessed another vital ritualistic component in that agenda being rolled out by people who would presume to be our overlords.
